BATTERIES (Illustrations 1, 2, 3, and 4)

The Moji requires three AAA batteries. Alkaline,

lithium or rechargeable batteries can be used.

◆ Do not mix old and new batteries or different

battery types

◆ Dispose of used batteries properly

◆ Remove batteries during storage and transport

OPERATION

◆Install batteries as shown (Illustrations 1, 2, 3, and 4)

◆ Power On/Off: Single click (Illustration 5)

◆ Brightness Level Setting: Hold the switch down

while powered. The Moji lantern will begin to dim.

Release the switch when desired level is reached

(Illustrations 6 and 7).

◆The Moji lantern will remember the selected

brightness level for 12 hours

CONDITIONS OF USE

The Moji is waterproof rated to IPX 4 (this does not

include salt spray or high-alkalinity fluids). See CARE AND

CLEANING for instructions on how to dry your lantern.

◆ Do not expose to temperatures above 60 °C (140 °F)

◆ Battery power and life will be diminished at very

cold temperatures

CARE AND CLEANING

Ensure that your lantern is clean and dry before and

after each use and before storage. DO NOT STORE A

WET LANTERN. Remove the batteries and allow the

housing to air dry thoroughly.

◆ Do not artificially heat your lantern to dry it

◆ If your lantern has been exposed to salt water,

it must be rinsed with fresh water, dried and

re-assembled to prevent corrosion

◆ Use a mild soap and freshwater rinse to clean

◆ Do not clean with a washing machine, dishwasher

or high-pressure hose

◆ Do not scrub with abrasive substances or surfaces

◆ If the battery contacts are corroded, remove the

corrosion by sanding lightly with a fine-grain

emery cloth

TROUBLESHOOTING

If the lantern does not work:

◆ Check that the batteries are oriented correctly and

touching the contacts

◆ Replace the batteries

◆ Check the contacts and connections for corrosion

and clean if necessary

We warrant for one year from purchase date and only

to the original retail buyer (Buyer) that our products

(Products) are free from defects in material and

workmanship. For lanterns our warranty is for three years.

If Buyer discovers a covered defect, Buyer should return

the Product to the place of purchase. In the event that this

is not possible, return the Product to us at the address

provided. The Product will be repaired or replaced at our

discretion. That is the extent of our liability under this

Warranty and, upon expiration of the applicable warranty

period, all such liability shall terminate. We reserve the

right to require proof of purchase for all warranty claims.

Warranty Exclusions:

We do not warranty Products against normal wear and

CONDITIONS D’UTILISATION

La Moji est conforme à la norme d’étanchéité IPX 4

PILAS (Ilustraciones 1, 2, 3 y 4)

La Moji requiere tres pilas AAA. Pueden usarse pilas

alcalinas, de litio o recargables.

◆ No mezcles pilas viejas con nuevas, ni pilas de

tipos diferentes.

◆ Deposita las pilas usadas en un contenedor de

residuos apropiado.

◆ Durante el almacenamiento y el transporte, quita

las pilas de la linterna.

FUNCIONAMIENTO

◆ Instala las pilas como se muestra (Ilustraciones

1, 2, 3 y 4)

Encendido/apagado: Un solo clic (Ilustración 5)

Ajuste del nivel de intensidad: Mantén apretado el

botón al encender. La linterna Moji comenzará a

atenuar su luz. Suelta el botón cuando se alcance el

nivel de intensidad deseado (Ilustraciones 6 y 7).

◆ La linterna Moji recordará durante 12 horas el nivel

de intensidad seleccionado.

CONDICIONES DE USO

La l int ern a Moj i tiene un a cat alogació n de

estanqueidad IPX4 (esto no incluye rociones de

agua salada o de fluidos de elevada alcalinidad). Ver

CUIDADOS Y LIMPIEZA para saber cómo secar tu

linterna.

◆ No la expongas a temperaturas superiores a 60 °C.

◆ A temperaturas muy bajas la carga de las pilas y su

duración se verán disminuidas.

CUIDADOS Y LIMPIEZA

Asegúrate de que la linterna esté limpia y seca antes

y después de cada uso, así como antes de guardarla.

NO GUARDES UNA LINTERNA HÚMEDA. Ex trae

las pilas y deja que la linterna se seque al aire por

completo.

◆ No calientes artificialmente la linterna para secarla.

◆ Si tu linterna ha estado expuesta a agua salada,

debes aclararla con agua dulce y luego secarla antes

de volver a montarla, para prevenir corrosiones.

◆ Para limpiarla, usa un detergente suave y agua

limpia.

◆ No la metas en la lavadora, el lavaplatos ni la

limpies con una manguera de agua a presión.

◆ No la frotes con sustancias o superficies abrasivas.

◆ Si los contactos de las pilas presentan corrosión,

elimínala lijándolos suavemente con un papel de

lija fino.

RESOLUCIÓN DE PROBLEMAS

Si la linterna no funciona:

◆ Comprueb a que las pil as estén correct am ente

orientadas y que hagan buen contacto.

◆ Cambia las pilas.

◆ Comprueba que los contactos y conexiones no

presenten corrosión y límpialos si fuera necesario.

ADVERTENCIAS

◆ Un adulto responsable debe supervisar su uso por

niños menores de 12 años.

en situaciones críticas, lleva una segunda linterna y

GARANTÍA LIMITADA

Garantizamos por un año desde la fecha de compra y

sólo al comprador original (Comprador) que nuestros

productos (Productos) están libres de defectos tanto

de material como de montaje. Para las linternas nuestra

garantía es de tres años. Si el Comprador descubre

un defecto cubierto por la garantía, el Comprador

debe devolver el producto al lugar donde lo compró.

Si eso no fuera posible, que nos devuelva el Producto

a nosotros a la dirección indicada. El Producto será

reparado o sustituido a nuestro criterio. Este es el

alcance de nuestra responsabilidad bajo esta garantía

y, cuando expire el periodo de garantía aplicable, se

extinguirá dicha responsabilidad. Nos reservamos

el derecho de requerir justif icante de compra para

cualquier reclamación relativa a la garantía.

Exclusiones de la garantía:

Nuestra garantía no cubre el desgaste y arañazos
