My keyboard is not recognized when plugged in!
Remove the USB plug, restart the PC and make sure that you have the
rights to install a USB device (administrator account). Then plug in the
USB connector again, preferably into a different port than the first
attempt. If you still have problems, please contact us.

Meine Tastatur wird beim Anstecken nicht erkannt!
Entfernen Sie den USB-Stecker, starten Sie den PC neu und stellen Sie
sicher, dass Sie über die Rechte verfügen, ein USB-Gerät zu installieren
(Administrator Account). Anschließend stecken Sie den USB-Stecker
wieder ein, am besten in einen anderen Port als beim ersten Versuch.
