PT-3H2 HDMI 2.0 Extender –

Introduction

Thank you for purchasing the Kramer , a 4K UHD HDMI EXTENDER that is ideal for ProAV, PT-3H2 ™

multimedia and home cinema applications. The user-friendly, easy to install, matchbox-sized device extends the

HDMI transmission length by reclocking and regenerating the HDMI signal before it sends the output to the HDMI

display or projector. It extends the HDMI cable distance between the HDMI player and the HDMI TV set.

By placing your in the transmission path, it removes dropout and digital noise (sparkles) in your picture PT-3H2

that may result from using long HDMI cables.

In addition, the :PT-3H2

• Provides a method of transmitting 4K@60Hz (4:4:4) signals at a distance of up to 20m from the source (10m

from the source to the , and 10m from the to the display). PT-3H2 PT-3H2

• Maintains an HDMI single link video resolution of up to 4K@60Hz (4:4:4) UHD.

• Supports the DDWG standard for HDMI compliant displays.

• Complies with HDCP 1.4 and HDCP 2.2 and supports HDMI 1.4 and HDMI 2.0.

• Supports ARC and CEC.

Connecting your - PT 3H2

The input is connected via a long male- -male HDMI cable (not PT-3H2 to

provided) to an HDMI source, such as a 4K UHD Blu-ray player.

The output is connected via a second male- -male HDMI cable PT-3H2 to

(not provided) to an HDMI acceptor, such as a 4K UHD projector or

display.

To achieve specied extension distances, use the

recommended Kramer cables available at

www.kramerav.com/product/PT-3H2.

Using third-party cables may cause damage!
