Operating Instructions

This product is designed specically for Sony NP-FM500H/NP-F730/NP-F750/

NP-F770/NP-F970/NP-F550 batteries. It supports charging batteries in both

slots simultaneously. The output current is adjusted automatically according

to input current to reach the optimal charging setting. This product shall

NOT be used with other batteries not specied in this manual.

Charging Modes

The USN3 Pro has 2 charging modes (QC Mode and Standard Mode).

QC Mode: The USN3 Pro is QC 2.0 available. When connecting to a QC

supported device (or adaptor), the display will show “Quick Charge” on the

upper left corner. In this status (Input Voltage: 9V), it can charge 2 batteries

simultaneously with a max output current of 800mA in either slot, or 1

battery with a max output current of 1,200mA.

Standard Mode: In this status (Input Voltage: 5V), it will charge the

battery which is put in rst with a max output current of 1,000mA, and then

charge the other when the rst battery is fully charged.

Automatic Current Adjustment

The USN3 Pro’s actual output current depends on the maximum power

supplied from the USB power source. The output current will be adjusted

based on the actual power being inputted to the device, increasing its

eciency while shortening charging duration.

Battery Health Monitoring

Once the battery is inserted, the USN3 Pro will proceed with an initial low

current test charge to diagnose the battery status. After the diagnosis, the

battery status will be shown as Good, Normal or Poor.

Note: Re-insert the battery when “Poor” appears on screen to eliminate the

possibility of a poor battery contact, replace the battery if “Poor” comes up

on screen consistently.

Reverse Polarity and Anti-Short Circuit Protection

The USN3 Pro makes use of the mechanical reverse polarity protection.

Inserting incompatible batteries or incorrect battery installation will prevent

the initiation of the charging process. The error message “EE EE” will come

up on the LCD display when a short circuited battery is installed.

Over Discharged Battery Activation

The USN3 Pro will automatically activate over discharged battery caused by

improper storage or misuse.

NOTE: this function only available for batteries with protective circuit.

Cautions

1. The USN3 Pro is only compatible with NITECORE and original Sony

camera batteries including NP-FM500H / NP-F730 / NP-F750 / NP-F770 /

NP-F970 / NP-F550 models. DO NOT attempt to charge other batteries.

2. Moderate heat from this product is to be expected during the charging

process, which is normal.

3. Operating temperature: -10~40℃ (14~104℉), storage temperature:

-20~60℃ (-4~140℉).

4. Carefully read all labels on the device to ensure batteries are installed

correctly.

5. Please connect this charger to power supplies with the input voltage

stated in the specications of the user manual. If the input voltage is too

low or too high, it may lead to malfunctions, or even a re.

6. DO NOT charge batteries if there is any sign of faulty or short circuit.

7. The charger is designed for adults. Use of the charger by kids under age

must be under supervision. Operation, using or cleaning of the charger

may NOT be done by kids aged 8 years or younger.

8. DO NOT leave the product unattended while it is connected to a power

supply. Unplug the product at any sign of malfunction and refer to the

user manual.

9. Batteries of short lifespan should be replaced as soon as possible.

10. DO NOT store or use the product in an environment where the

temperature is extremely high / low or changes rapidly, or in a conned

area with a high temperature.

11. Store the device in ventilated areas. DO NOT uses the device in moist

environment and keep away from any combustible materials.

12. Avoid any shock or impact to the device.

13. DO NOT place any conductive or metal object in the device to avoid short

circuiting and explosions.

14. Unplug the device and remove batteries when it is not in use.

15. DO NOT disassemble or modify the device as doing so will render the

product warranty invalid. Please refer to the warranty section in the

manual for complete warranty information.

Este producto p1-ha sido diseñado especícamente para baterías Sony: NP-

FM500H/NP-F730/NP-F750/NP-F770/NP-F970/NP-F550. Soporta la carga

de hasta dos baterías en ambos puertos de carga a la vez. La corriente de

salida se ajusta de forma automática de acuerdo a la energía que recibe

para optimizar la carga. Este producto no debe utilizarse con otras baterías

no especicadas en este manual.

Modos de Carga

El USN3 Pro tiene 2 modos de carga (Modo QC y Modo Estándar)

Modo QC. El USN3 Pro tiene disponible la carga rápida QC 2.0. Cuando

se conecta a un puerto que soporte el modo QC o adaptador, la pantalla

LCD mostrará “Quick Charge” en la parte superior izquierda. En este estado

(Input Voltage: 9V), puede cargar hasta 2 baterías de forma simultánea con

una máxima salida de corriente de 800mA en cada puerto de carga o bien 1

batería con una máxima salida de 1200mA

Modo Standard. En este estado (Input Voltage: 5V), cargará la batería

que se conecte primero con una salida de corriente de 1000mA, y después

cargará la otra, una vez la primera alcance su máxima carga.

Ajuste Automático de Corriente

La salida de corriente del USN3 Pro depende de la máxima carga

suministrada a través de su entrada USB. La corriente de salida se ajusta

de acuerdo a la corriente de entrada, mejorando su eciencia a la vez que

acortando la duración de la carga.

Control del estado de la batería.

Una vez que se inserta la batería, el USN3 Pro procederá con una carga de

prueba inicial de baja corriente para diagnosticar el estado de la batería. Después

del diagnóstico, el estado de la batería se mostrará como Bueno, Normal o Malo.

Nota: Vuelva a insertar la batería cuando aparezca "Poor" (Mal estado) en

la pantalla para eliminar la posibilidad de un contacto de batería defectuosa.

Reemplace la batería si aparece "Poor" en la pantalla constantemente.

Polaridad inversa y protección contra cortocircuitos

Precauciones

1. El modelo USN3 Pro solo es compatible con baterías de la marca Nitecore

Lademodi

unterstütztes Gerät (oder einen Adapter) zeigt das Display in der oberen linken

USN3 PRO 2 Akkus gleichzeitig mit einem maximalen Ausgangsstrom von 800 mA

je Ladeschacht oder 1 Akku mit einem maximalen Ladestrom von 1200 mA laden.

Standard-Mode: In diesem Mode (Eingangsspannung: 5 V) wird der

Automatische Ladestromeinstellung

Reaktivierung tiefentladener Akkus

Der USN3 PRO reaktiviert automatisch einen tiefentladenen Akku, der durch

unsachgemäße Lagerung oder Missbrauch verursacht wurde.

HINWEIS: Diese Funktion ist nur für Akkus mit Schutzschaltung verfügbar.

Sicherheitshinweise

1. Der USN3 Pro ist nur mit NITECORE- und den folgenden original Sony-

Kamera-Akkus kompatibel: NP-FM500H / NP-F730 / NP-F750 / NP-F770 /

Le présent chargeur est destiné aux batteries de caméra Sony NP-FM500H/NP-

F730/NP-F750/NP-F770/NP-F970/NP-F550. Il peut faire la charge par port 1 ou

Mode de charge

L'USN3 Pro dispose de 2 modes de charge (mode QC et mode standard).

Mode Rapide QC: l'USN3 Pro est disponible avec un chargeur rapide QC 2.0.

Lors de la connexion à un périphérique (ou à un adaptateur) pris en charge

par le QC, l'écran ache «Quick Charge» dans le coin supérieur gauche.

Réglage automatique

Le courant de sortie réel de l’USN3 Pro dépend de la puissance maximale

fournie par la source d’alimentation USB. Le courant de sortie sera ajusté

en fonction de la puissance réelle fournie à l'appareil, augmentant ainsi son

ecacité tout en réduisant la durée de charge. Ajustement automatique

Le courant de sortie réel de l'USN3 Pro dépend de la puissance maximale

fournie par l'USB. Le courant de sortie est réglé en fonction de la puissance

réelle introduite sur l'appareil.

Etat de la batterie

Une fois la batterie insérée, l'USN3 Pro procédera à une charge initiale de test de

courant faible pour diagnostiquer l'état de la batterie. Après le diagnostic, l'état

de la batterie s'ache comme Bon, Normal ou Mauvais (Good, Normal, Poor)

Note: Re-insérer la batterie lorsque " Poor" apparaît à l'écran au cas il y

aurait un mauvais contact de la batterie, remplacez la batterie si "Poor"

apparaît à l'écran de façon continue..

Protection contre inversion de polarité et court-circuit

L'USN3 Pro utilise la protection contre les inversions de polarité. L'insertion

de batteries incompatibles ou l'installation incorrecte de la batterie

empêchera le démarrage du processus de charge. Le message d'erreur "EE

EE" apparaît sur l'écran LCD à l’installation d'une batterie en court-circuit.

Récupération de la batterie

L'USN3 Pro tentera de récupérer les batteries déchargées lors de l'insertion

dans la fente de chargement.

Note: Cette fonction ne fonctionne qu'avec des batteries avec circuit de protection.

Précautions

L'USN3 Pro est uniquement compatible avec les batteries NITECORE et

11. Utilisez le chargeur dans des espaces bien ventilés, Ne l’utilisez pas et ne

le stockez pas dans un environnement trop humide. N’approchez pas de

substances volatiles inammables du chargeur

12. Evitez les vibrations mécaniques et les chocs qui pourraient endommager

le chargeur.Lorsque le chargeur n’est pas utilisé, retirez toutes les

batteries et débranchez le chargeur.

13. Ne court-circuitez pas les diérents emplacements. N’insérez pas de ls

métalliques ou autres matériaux conducteurs à l’intérieur du chargeur.

14. Débranchez l'appareil et retirez les piles lorsque vous ne l'utilisez pas.

15. Ouvrir, démonter et modier l’unité peut invalider la garantie. Vériez les
