IMPORTANT SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS:

* This lamp has a polarized plug (one blade is wider than the

other) as a feature to reduce the risk of electric shock. This plug

will t in a polarized outlet only one way. If it does not t fully

in the outlet, reverse the plug. If it still does not t, contact a

qualied electrician. Do NOT alter the plug.

* Do not use with an extension cord unless the plug from the

lamp can be fully inserted into the extension cord receptacle.

* Switch power o and remove plug from the wall outlet before

replacing the bulb.

* This lamp is UL rated for dry locations.

ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS:

NOTE: Do not connect electricity until lamp is fully assembled.

1. Unpack all parts and remove packing materials. Place lamp

base on a level surface.

2. Align column (G) with base (H).

3. Thread column (G) onto base (H). Pull cord taut from below base (H) to

prevent damage to the wire.

4. Thread column (F) onto column (G). Pull cord taut from below base (H) to

prevent damage to the wire.

5. Thread column (E) onto column (F). Pull cord taut from below base (H) to

prevent damage to the wire.

6. Remove nial (A) from harp (C). Squeeze harp (C) inward and

place into the opening of saddle (D).

7. Place shade (B) onto harp (C). Thread nial (A) back onto the

harp to secure the shade to the lamp.

8. Install one 150W max., type A, medium base bulb into the

socket.

9. Remove protective plastic from plug (I).

10. Insert plug (I) into wall outlet.

**To clean, use a soft cloth only. Do not use any chemical or abrasive cleaners.**
