SAFETY

• By ignoring the safety instructions the

manufacturer cannot be held responsible for

the damage.

• If the supply cord is damaged, it must be

replaced by the manufacturer, its service

agent or similarly qualified persons in order to

avoid a hazard.

• Never move the appliance by pulling the cord

and make sure the cord cannot become

entangled.

• The appliance must be placed on a stable,

level surface.

unattended while it is connected to the supply.

• This appliance is only to be used for

household purposes and only for the purpose

it is made for.

• This appliance shall not be used by children

aged less than 8 years. This appliance can be

BEFORE THE FIRST USE

• Place the device on a flat stable surface and ensure a minimum of 10

cm. free space around the device. This device is not suitable for

installation in a cabinet or for outside use.

• When the device is turned on for the first time, a slight odour will

occur. This is normal, ensure adequate ventilation. This odour is only

temporary and will disappear soon.

USE

• Place the appliance on a stable and flat surface.

• Plug the appliance in an earthed socket.

• Press the On/Off switch at the back of the appliance to turn the

appliance on in standby mode. The appliance will beep once and the

standby indicator will blink continuously.

• Press the On/Off icon on the display to turn the appliance on. The anti-

frost icon will show in the display and the current room temperature

will be displayed.

NOTE: The indicated temperature on the heater may deviate in standby

mode but stabilizes once the appliance has been activated.

• Press the Mode icon to select the desired mode - Fan - High power -

Low power - Anti-frost.

• The appliance will start operating in the selected mode shown in the

display.

Anti-frost mode

• Anti-frost mode keeps the room temperature at 7°C. (When the room

temperature is higher than 7°C it will work on fan mode. When the room

temperature is lower than 7°C it will work on high heating mode).

Fan mode

• In Fan mode the appliance will blow cool air.

Low heating mode

• In Low heating mode the appliance will blow warm air at a low speed.

High heating mode

• In High heating mode the appliance will blow warm air at high speed.

Adjusting the temperature

• When using the heating modes you can adjust the temperature between

10°C and 35°C using the Plus and Minus icons. The temperature will

blink in the display then revert to the current room temperature.

ECO function

• To activate the ECO function, press the ECO icon on the display. The

ECO symbol will show in the display and the appliance will start

operating in ECO mode.

The ECO function compares the target temperature with the current room

temperature and automatically selects the most appropriate heating level

to guarantee an optimum comfort level, while reducing the energy

consumption. While the ECO function is on, the appliance may switch

alternately between the Low and High heating levels.

Timer function

• Activate the desired operating mode.

• Press the Timer icon. The timer symbol will show in the display and the

time in minutes will be displayed.

• Use the Plus and Minus icons to set the desired time. After 5 seconds,

the display will revert to showing the current room temperature.

• The Timer can be set between 1-24 hours.

Oscillation function

• To activate the oscillation function, while the appliance is in use, press

the Oscillation icon. The appliance will start oscillating.

• To deactivate the oscillation function press the Oscillation icon again.

To turn the appliance off.

• To turn the appliance off press the On/Off icon.

If the appliance is operating in heating mode it will shut down following the

digital countdown from 30 to 0 seconds.

• When the appliance is not in use, turn the standby switch off and unplug

the appliance.

CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE

• Unplug the appliance and allow it to cool down. Use a soft, slightly damp

cloth to wipe appliance surfaces. Do not allow water or any other liquid to

get into the unit.

• Clean the air suction opening from time to time with a fine brush.

VOORAFGAAND AAN HET EERSTE GEBRUIK

• Plaats het apparaat op een vlakke, stabiele ondergrond. Zorg voor

minimaal 10 cm vrije ruimte rondom het apparaat. Dit apparaat is niet

geschikt voor inbouw of gebruik buitenshuis.

• Wanneer het apparaat voor de eerste keer wordt ingeschakeld, zal het

een lichte geur afgeven. Dit is normaal. Zorg voor voldoende ventilatie.

Deze geur is slechts tijdelijk en zal spoedig verdwijnen.

GEBRUIK

• Plaats het apparaat op een stabiele, vlakke ondergrond.

• Doe de stekker van het apparaat in een geaard stopcontact.

• Druk op de aan/uit-schakelaar aan de achterzijde van het apparaat om

het apparaat in de standby-modus te zetten. U hoort één piepje. Het

lampje voor de standby-modus knippert continu.

• Druk op het aan/uit-pictogram op het display om het apparaat in te

schakelen. Het pictogram voor de anti-vorstmodus wordt op het display

weergegeven. Ook de huidige kamertemperatuur wordt weergegeven.

• Druk op het moduspictogram om de gewenste modus te selecteren:

Ventilator - Hoog vermogen - Laag vermogen - Anti-vorst.

• Het apparaat wordt geactiveerd. De geselecteerde modus wordt op het

display weergegeven.

Anti-vorstmodus

• In de anti-vorstmodus wordt de kamertemperatuur op 7°C gehouden.

Wanneer de kamertemperatuur hoger is dan 7°C, wordt de

ventilatormodus geactiveerd. Wanneer de kamertemperatuur lager is

dan 7°C, wordt de modus met hoog vermogen geactiveerd.

Ventilatormodus

• In de ventilatormodus wordt er koele lucht uit het apparaat geblazen.

Modus voor verwarming met laag vermogen

• In de modus voor verwarming met laag vermogen wordt er met een lage

snelheid warme lucht uitgeblazen.

Modus voor verwarming met hoog vermogen

• In de modus voor verwarming met hoog vermogen wordt er met een

hoge snelheid warme lucht uitgeblazen.

De temperatuur aanpassen

• Als u de verwarmingsmodi gebruikt, kunt u de temperatuur tussen 10°C

en 35°C instellen met de plus- en minpictogrammen. De gekozen

temperatuur knippert op het display. Daarna wordt de huidige

kamertemperatuur weer weergegeven.

ECO-functie

• Druk op het ECO-pictogram op het display om de ECO-functie te

activeren. Het ECO-symbool wordt op het display weergegeven en de

ECO-modus wordt op het apparaat geactiveerd.

Bij de ECO-functie wordt de doeltemperatuur vergeleken met de huidige

kamertemperatuur. Het meest geschikte verwarmingsvermogen wordt

automatisch geselecteerd om optimaal comfort te garanderen terwijl het

energieverbruik wordt beperkt. Als de ECO-functie is geactiveerd, kan het

apparaat schakelen tussen de modi voor verwarming met laag en hoog

vermogen.

Timerfunctie

• Activeer de gewenste modus.

• Druk op het timerpictogram. Het timersymbool wordt op het display

weergegeven. Ook de tijd in minuten wordt weergegeven.

• Stel de gewenste tijd in met het plus- en minpictogram. Na 5seconden

wordt de huidige kamertemperatuur weer weergegeven op het display.

• De timer kan worden ingesteld op 1 tot 24uur.

Oscillatiefunctie

• Als u de oscillatiefunctie wilt activeren, drukt u op het oscillatiepictogram

terwijl het apparaat actief is. De oscillatiefunctie van het apparaat wordt

gestart.

• Als u de oscillatiefunctie wilt deactiveren, drukt u opnieuw op het

oscillatiepictogram.

Het apparaat uitschakelen

• Druk op het aan/uit-pictogram om het apparaat uit te schakelen.

Als er een verwarmingsmodus actief is op het apparaat, wordt het

apparaat uitgeschakeld nadat er digitaal is afgeteld van 30 naar

0seconden.

• Als u het apparaat niet gebruikt, zet u de stand-byschakelaar in de uit-

stand en haalt u de stekker van het apparaat uit het stopcontact.

REINIGING EN ONDERHOUD

• Verwijder de stekker uit het stopcontact en laat het apparaat afkoelen.

Gebruik een zachte, iets vochtige doek om het apparaat schoon te

maken. Zorg ervoor dat er geen water of andere vloeistof in het apparaat

komt.

• Reinig de lucht aanzuigopening van tijd tot tijd grondig met een fijne

borstel.
