IGNITION OF THE GAS BURNER

NOTE:

WHEN EXPERIENCING ISSUES IGNITING THE SYSTEM ON GAS TURN OF THE GAS SUPPLY AND

OPEN THE SERVICE HATCH ON THE BACK OF THE DEVICE.

USE A SMALL BRUSH TO CLEAN THE GAS NOZZLE, AND REMOVE ALL RESIDUE FROM THE

• Open the valve of the gas cylinder. Press the adjusting knob and hold it in this position, then turn the

knob anti-clockwise to Max.

• If the appliance has not been ignited for a long period, or if the gas cylinder has been changed, there

may be some air in the duct, so it may fail to be ignited. It is necessary to check that the pilot is lit by

looking through the orice at the top of the appliance. If the appliance fails to be ignited, try it again

after approximate 10 seconds.

• When the outside temperature is low, set the adjusting device to MIN after a sucient long cool-

down period in MAX position.

To disconnect an appliance running on gas far from any source of ignition

Shut o the gas cylinder or the pressure regulator. Turn the knob to the OFF position.

Storing food

• Liquids to be stored in cool box shall always be placed in a closed vessel.

• The air circulation inside the appliance must not be obstructed.

Never place hot food or drink in the appliance. Never keep ammable liquids and/or gases inside

the cool box. Danger of explosion.

DEFROSTING  MEASURES TO BE TAKEN IF THE APPLIANCE IS TO BE LEFT UNUSED FOR A LONG

PERIOD

The cool box must be defrosted regularly, in order to ensure that it operates correctly. To defrost the cool

box, disconnect it and remove all food outside. If necessary, use a cloth soaked with hot water. After de-

icing, mop up the water with a dry clean cloth and clean the inside. If the appliance is to remain unused

for a extensive period, disconnect it and remove all food outside. After de-icing, clean and dry the inside

of the appliance. In order to prevent unpleasant odor, leave the cover of the cool box slightly open.

Measures to be taken after unused for a long period

If the appliance does not get cold and the back will become warm, place the cool box upside down for a

whole night with the plug not entered. After this, place the appliance back and wait for 10 minutes before

starting up the cool box.

MAINTENANCE

• Clean the appliance regularly with warm water, containing a detergent if necessary.

• Never use an abrasive product. Dry the cleaned surfaces with a soft cloth.

• Use only clear water to clean the seal of the cover, and then coat the seal with talcum powder.

• All repairs, particularly of the cooling unit or the gas burner system, must mandatorily be carried out

by a qualied technician.

SERVICE

If a problem occurs, carry out the following checks:

• Is the appliance installed in a horizontal position?

• Is there sucient ventilation?

• For mains operation, check that the mains supply is correct. And is the thermostat set correctly?

• For battery operation, check the battery and the connection.

• For gas operation, is the burner ignited?

• Has the ignition safety (adjustment) knob been set to MAX?

• Are the gas cylinder valve and/or the pressure regulator open?

• Is there still a sucient quantity of gas in the cylinder? The cylinder is empty if no liquid can be heard

moving about when it is shaken.

• Have two modes of energy (gas and electricity) been selected at the same time?

• Has too much food been placed inside the cool box all at once? Arrange the food so that the air is free

to circulate inside the cool box.

• Do not use pieces cardboard or plastic as separations. Keep vessels containing liquids closed.

If, despite the above checks, you still need to contact the service department, describe the failure

and state the type of equipment and its serial number (these are marked on the label).

GUARANTEE

• Tristar is not liable for damages occurred through:

o In case the appliance has fallen.

o In case the appliance has been technically changed by the owner oranother third party.

o In case of improper use of the appliance.

o In case of normal wear of the appliance.

• By executing repairs the original warranty period of 2 years will not be extended, nor the right to a complied

new warranty. This warranty is only legal on European soil. This warranty does not overrule the European

directive 1944/44CE.

• Always keep your receipt, without this receipt you can not claim any form of warranty whatsoever.

• Damage caused by not following the instruction manual will lead to a void of warranty, if this results in

consequential damages Tristar will not be liable.

• Tristar will not be liable for material damage or personal injury caused by improper use or if the safety

instructions are not properly executed.

• Cleaning, as mentioned in this manual, is the only necessary maintenance for this appliance.

• When the appliance should be repaired, make sure that this will be performed by an authorized

company.

• This appliance may not be amended or changed.

• If problems arise during the 2 years from the date of purchase, which are covered by the factory

warranty, you can go back to the point of purchase to replace it for a new one.

• For questions or compliances please contact your retailer “point of purchase.”

• This appliance is covered with a 24 month guarantee starting on the date of purchase (receipt).

• Only material or manufacturing defects are included in this warranty.

• If you wish to make a claim please return the entire machine in the original packaging to your dealer

together with the receipt.

• Damage to accessories does not mean automatic free replacement of the whole appliance. In such

cases please contact our hotline. Broken glass or breakage of plastic parts are always subject to a

INSTALLATION OF THE APPLIANCE

• Install the appliance on a rm, horizontal surface. To level the appliance, use a spirit level or a vessel

containing water, if necessary.

• Avoid installing the appliance in direct sunlight or near any source of heat.

• The distance between the rear of the appliance and a wall shall not be less than 10 cm, and the

minimum ventilating space from the sides of the appliance shall never be less than 5 cm.

• To guarantee a good level of air circulation, do not obstruct the ventilation grids of the upper, lower

or rear surface of the appliance.

• Complying with the above will ensure ecient and economical cooling.

OPERATION WITH THE MAINS 220  240 V

• Never use another source of energy at the same time (battery, gas).

• Check that the mains voltage corresponds to the operating voltage specied on the label (on the rear

of the appliance).

• If the electrical specications are correct, push the safety electrical plug into an earthed wall socket which is

wired according to the specications.

• This product is equipped with a 12 Volt plug for automotive use, please make sure to check the max. load of your

vehicle before connecting the product. The max. load value can be found in the service manual of the vehicle

or inside the 12 Volt socket, if the max. load is 8A or higher the product can be safely connected, if it is lower p1-we

discourage to connect the product as it can cause damage to the socket and fuse-box of your vehicle.

• Always make sure that the engine of your vehicle is running when this product is connected to the 12 Volt

socket. Because of the high load of the product your battery will be drained very fast when it is not recharged.

STARTUP

• Turn the thermostat knob clockwise to the MAX position. The eects of the cooling process (frost on

the evaporator) only become visible after about an hour.

• The thermostat enables the temperature of the cool box to be adjustable (“0”=cooling process stopped).

• After a sucient cooling period (approximately 5 hours), the thermostat can be set to an intermediate

position. The selected temperature is regulated automatically by the thermostat.

Shut-down

• Turn the thermostat knob anti-clockwise to the “0” position.

• Remove the plug from the wall outlet.

OPERATION WITH A BATTERY 12V

• Do not use another source of energy at the same time (mains, gas).

• A safety fuse must be installed in the power supply line between the battery and the cool box. For

12V, the maximum fuse rating is 6,25 A.

• It is not necessary to check the polarity when starting up the appliance.

• Check that the battery voltage corresponds to the operating voltage of the cool box, as marked on

the corresponding the label.

• When the battery used is a car battery, only switch the cool box on while the car is traveling. If the

cool box is left running when the car is stopped, this could discharge the battery and it may be

impossible to restart the engine.

• When the appliance is running on the battery, there is no thermostat-controlled temperature regulation.

Recommendation

Pre-cool the cool box by running it on the mains, before starting the journey.

Start-up

Plug the connector supplied with the cool box into the cigar lighter socket of the vehicle.

Disconnection of the appliance

Unplug the connector from the cigar lighter socket.

OPERATION WITH GAS

• Never use another source of energy at the same time (mains, battery).

• Operation of the cool box on gas is prohibited in road vehicles and on boats. Operation using gas is

prohibited in closed areas.

• This appliance must be in the open air when operating with gas.

• Operation in the open air means that the appliance can also be installed under the canopy of a tent,

suciently ventilated, or on a terrace in a at and level garden.

• The label at the rear of the appliance gives the recommended gas supply pressure expressed in mbar.

The appliance can‘t operate at a pressure other than the one specied on the label.

Storage of gas cylinders

• Store the gas cylinder in a cool, dry and ventilated area, protected from sunlight and do not exposed

to temperatures above 50°C.

CONNECTION OF THE COOL BOX TO THE CYLINDER OF LIQUEFIED PETROLEUM GAS 1

CAUTION: always stay clear of any source ignition during this operation. Do not smoke. Connect

the COOLBOX in the following order: Gas cylinder > pressure regulator > appliance

• The gas connection tube at the rear of the appliance is designed for a standard NF XPD 36 110 butane

/ propane exible hose. It is essential to follow the assembly and connection instructions for the

appliance to be connected. Excessive twisting and bending are to be avoided. Bends in the gas hose

must have a radius of more than 40 mm. The length of the hose must not exceed 1,50 m.

• If you wish to check for leaks, please use soapy water, do not use a ame.

• It is prohibited to check for leaks with a ame.

• Do not smoke: danger of explosion and burns.

• When changing the gas cylinder and/or disconnecting the hose, it is mandatory to close the valve of

the gas cylinder.

• Replace the hose if it is damaged or if it becomes porous and in any case before the expiry date

printed on the side.

GAS VALVE ASSEMBLY

• This assembly consists of an adjusting device with an incorporated safety pilot, a burner with an

electric igniter.

• The adjusting device can be set to 3 dierent positions:

• The safety pilot automatically maintains the gas supply to the burner, as long as it remains lit. It automatically

shuts o the supply if the ame goes out.

IMPORTANT

INSTALLATION DE L’APPAREIL

• Installez l’appareil sur une surface ferme, horizontale. Pour niveler l’appareil, utilisez un niveau à bulle d’air ou

un bol contenant de l’eau, si nécessaire.

• Evitez de placer l’appareil sous les rayons du soleil ou près d’une source de chaleur.

UTILISATION DU RÉSEAU ÉLECTRIQUE 220  240V

• N’utilisez jamais une autre source d’énergie au même moment (batterie, gaz).

• Vériez que le voltage du réseau électrique correspond au voltage d’utilisation spécié sur l’étiquette

(au dos de l’appareil). Vériez le cordon et la che pour dommages et n’utilisez pas l’appareil s’ils sont

endommagés mais laissez les réparer par un électricien qualié.

• Si les spécicités électriques sont correctes, branchez la prise électrique de sécurité dans une prise

murale reliée à la terre qui est câblée selon les conditions.

• Ce produit est équipé d’une che 12 Volt pour usage automobile. N’oubliez pas de vérier la charge

maximum de votre véhicule avant de brancher le produit. La valeur de la charge maximum se trouve

dans le carnet d’entretien du véhicule ou dans la prise 12 Volt. Si la charge maximum est de 8A ou

supérieure, le produit peut être branché en toute sécurité. Si elle est inférieure, nous vous déconseillons

de brancher le produit, car cela peut endommager la prise et le boîtier à fusibles de votre véhicule.

• Veillez toujours à ce que le moteur de votre véhicule tourne lorsque ce produit est branché à la prise

12 Volt. En raison de la charge élevée du produit, votre batterie se déchargera très rapidement si elle

n’est pas rechargée.

DÉMARRAGE

INSTALLATIE VAN HET TOESTEL

• Installeer het toestel op een stevig, horizontaal oppervlak. Om het toestel gelijk te zetten gebruikt u,

indien nodig, een waterpas.

• Plaats het apparaat niet in direct zonlicht of in de buurt van een hittebron.

• De afstand tussen de achterkant van het toestel en een muur mag niet minder dan 10 cm bedragen.

De minimum ventilatieruimte aan de kanten van het toestel mag nooit minder dan 5 cm zijn.

• In elk geval moet de locatie beschermd zijn tegen regen en spatwater.

• Om een goede luchtcirculatie te verzekeren, de ventilatieroosters van de boven- , onder- en

achterzijde van het toestel niet blokkeren.

• Als u voldoet aan het bovenstaande, verkrijgt u een eciënte en economische koeling.

• Vóór het eerste gebruik van het toestel, de binnenzijde schoonmaken, het deksel reinigen met warm

water; voeg schoonmaakmiddel bij indien nodig. Gebruik nooit een schurend of bijtend product.

BEDIENING OP NETSTROOM 220  240V

• Gebruik nooit een andere energiebron tegelijkertijd (batterij, gas).

• Controleer of de netspanning overeenkomt met de werkspanning op het etiket (achter op het toestel).

• Indien de elektrische specicaties correct zijn, steek de elektrische veiligheidsstekker in een geaard

stopcontact dat bedraad is volgens de specicaties.

• Dit product is uitgerust met een 12 Volt-stekker voor gebruik in de automobielsector, controleer alstublieft

de max. belasting van uw voertuig voordat u het product aansluit. De max. belastingswaarde is te vinden

in de servicehandleiding van het voertuig of in de 12 Volt-aansluiting, als de max. belasting 8A of hoger

is kan het product veilig worden aangesloten, als het lager is raden wij af om het product aan te sluiten,

omdat dit schade aan de contactdoos en de zekeringkast van uw voertuig kan veroorzaken.

• Zorg er altijd voor dat de motor van uw voertuig loopt wanneer dit product is aangesloten op de

12V-aansluiting. Vanwege de hoge belasting van het product wordt uw batterij snel leeggetrokken als

deze niet wordt opgeladen.

OPSTARTEN

• Draai de thermostaatknop met de klok mee naar de MAX positie. De eecten van het koelingsproces

(ijs op de verdamper) wordt enkel duidelijk na ongeveer een uur.

• De thermostaat zorgt ervoor dat de temperatuur van de koelbox kan aangepast worden

(“0”=koelingsproces gestopt).

• Na een voldoende koelingsperiode (ongeveer 5 uur), kan de thermostaat op een midden positie

gezet worden. De gekozen temperatuur wordt automatisch geregeld door de thermostaat.

Afsluiten

• Draai de thermostaatknop tegen de wijzers-van-de-klok in naar de “0” positie.

• Verwijder de stekker uit het stopcontact.

BEDIENING OP BATTERIJSTROOM 12V

• Gebruik nooit een andere energiebron tegelijkertijd (netstroom, gas).

• Een veiligheidszekering moet geïnstalleerd worden in de stroomtoevoerlijn tussen de batterij en de

koelbox. Voor 12V is het maximum zekeringgehalte 6,25 A.

• U moet de polariteit niet controleren als het toestel opstart.

• Controleer of de batterijspanning overeenkomt met de werkspanning van de koelbox zoals

aangeduid staat op het etiket.

• Als de batterij gebruikt wordt als een autobatterij, zet dan enkel de koelbox aan als de auto aan het

rijden is. Als de koelbox draait terwijl de auto gestopt is, kan de batterij leeg raken en kunt u uw motor

misschien niet meer starten.

• Als het toestel op de batterij draait, wordt er geen temperatuurregeling beheerd door de thermostaat.

Aanbeveling

Koel de koelbox op voorhand door hem op netstroom te laten draaien vooraleer u vertrekt.

Opstarten

Steek de connector bijgeleverd bij de koelbox in de aanstekeraansluiting van het voertuig.

Afkoppeling van het toestel

Trek de connector uit de aansteker.

BEDIENING MET GAS

• Gebruik geen andere energiebron tegelijkertijd (netstroom, batterij).

• Bediening van de koelbox op gas is verboden in wegvoertuigen en op boten. Bediening met gas is

verboden in afgesloten zones.

• Dit toestel moet in open lucht staan (maar niet in de regen) als het gebruikt wordt met gas.

• Bediening in open lucht betekent dat het toestel ook geïnstalleerd kan worden onder het baldakijn

van een tent, voldoende verlucht, of op een terras in een appartement en een verhoogde tuin.

• Het etiket (rating label) achterop het apparaat geeft de aanbevolen gastoevoerdruk weer uitgedrukt

in mbar. Het toestel werkt niet op een druk die anders is dan degene op het etiket.

Bewaring van gascilinders

• Bewaar de gascilinder in een koel, droog en verlucht gebied, beschermd tegen zonlicht en stel hem

niet bloot aan temperaturen hoger dan 50°C.

AANSLUITING VAN DE KOELBOX OP DE CILINDER VAN LIQUID PETROLEUM GAS 1

WAARSCHUWING: blijf altijd uit de buurt van elke soort ontsteking tijdens deze actie. Rook niet.

Sluit de KOELBOX aan op de volgende manier: Gascilinder > druk regulator > toestel

• De gasaansluitingsbuis achteraan het toestel is ontworpen voor een standaard NF XPD 36 110 butaan /

propaan exibele slang. Het is belangrijk de instructies voor de opstelling en aansluiting te volgen om het

toestel aan te sluiten. Vermijd gedraai en buigen van de slang. Bogen in de gasslang moeten een straal

hebben van meer dan 40 mm. De lengte van de slang mag niet langer zijn dan 1,50 m.

• Als u de aansluitingen wilt controleren op lekken, gebruik een sopje en geen vlam.

• Het is verboden te controleren op lekken met een vlam.

• Rook niet: gevaar op ontplongen en brandwonden.

• Als u de gascilinder verandert en/of de slang afkoppelt, is het verplicht de klep van de gascilinder te sluiten.

• Vervang de slang als ze beschadigd is of poreus wordt en altijd vóór de vervaldatum die op de zijkant staat.

GASKLEPOPSTELLING

• Deze opstelling bevat een aanpasbaar toestel met een ingesloten beveiliging, een brander met een

elektrische ontsteker.

• Het aanpasbare toestel kan op 3 verschillende posities gezet worden:

• De beveiliging behoudt automatisch de gastoevoer naar de brander, zolang die aangestoken blijft. Hij zet

automatisch de toevoer af als de vlam uitgaat.

ONTSTEKING VAN DE GAS BRANDER

OPMERKING:

WANNEER U PROBLEMEN ONDERVINDT BIJ HET ONTSTEKEN VAN HET GASSYSTEEM, SLUIT

U DE GASTOEVOER AF EN OPENT U DE ONDERHOUDSKLEP AAN DE ACHTERKANT VAN HET

APPARAAT. GEBRUIK EEN KLEINE BORSTEL OM DE GASBUIS TE REINIGEN EN VERWIJDER ALLE

RESIDU VAN DE THERMOKOPPEL EN DE ONTSTEKINGSPEN.

• Open de klep van de gascilinder. Druk de aanpasknop in en hou hem in deze positie; draai dan de knop

in tegen de wijzers van de klok naar Max.

• Als het toestel lange tijd niet werd aangestoken of als de gascilinder veranderd werd, kan er lucht in de leiding

zitten. Daarom kan de ontsteking mislukken. U moet controleren of de piloot aangestoken is door te kijken

doorheen het gat bovenaan het toestel. Als het toestel niet aangestoken raakt, probeer dan opnieuw na

ongeveer 10 seconden.

• Als de buitentemperatuur laag is, stel het aanpasbaar toestel in op MIN na een voldoende lange

afkoelperiode in MAX positie.

Om een toestel op gas af te koppelen ver van een ontstekingsbron

Sluit de gascilinder of de drukregulator af. Zet de knop in de positie OFF.

Eten bewaren

• Vloeistoen die bewaard moeten worden in de koelbox moet altijd geplaatst worden in een

afgesloten houder.

• De luchtcirculatie binnenin het toestel mag niet geblokkeerd worden.

Plaats nooit warm eten of drinken in het toestel. Bewaar nooit ontvlambare vloeistoen en/of gassen in de

koelbox. Gevaar op ontplong.

ONTDOOIEN  MAATREGELEN ALS HET TOESTEL LANGE TIJD NIET GEBRUIKT ZAL WORDEN

De koelbox moet regelmatig ontdooid worden, opdat hij goed zou werken. Om de koelbox te ontdooien, koppel

hem af en verwijder alle eten buiten. Indien nodig, gebruik een doek met warm water. Na het ontdooien neem

al het water op met een droge doek en reinig de binnenkant. Als het toestel een zeer lange tijd niet gebruikt zal

worden, koppel het af en verwijder alle eten. Na het ontvriezen reinig en droog je de binnenkant van het toestel.

Om een onaangename geur te vermijden, laat het deksel van de koelbox lichtjes open.

Maatregelen na lange tijd buiten gebruik te zijn geweest

Indien het apparaat niet koud wordt en het aan de achterkant warm wordt, plaats de koelbox een hele nacht

ondersteboven zonder de stekker in het stopcontact. Zet hierna het apparaat weer op z’n plek en wacht nog 10

minuten voordat u de koelbox weer inschakelt.

ONDERHOUD

• Reinig het toestel regelmatig met warm water, indien nodig met een schoonmaakmiddel.

• Gebruik nooit een bijtend product. Droog de gereinigde oppervlakken af met een zachte doek.

• Gebruik enkel proper water om het zegel van het deksel te reinigen en strooi er dan talkpoeder over.

• Alle herstellingen, vooral die van de koeleenheid of het gasbrandersysteem, moeten verplicht uitgevoerd

worden door een vakbekwame technicien

SERVICE

Als er een probleem optreedt, voer de volgende controles uit:

• Is het toestel geïnstalleerd in een horizontale positie?

• Is er voldoende ventilatie?

• Voor de werking op het elektriciteitsnet, controleer of de nettoevoer juist is. En is de thermostaat juist

ingesteld?

• Voor batterijwerking, controleer de batterij en de aansluiting.

• Voor gaswerking, is de brander ontstoken?

• Werd de ontstekingsveiligheid (aanpassings) knop ingesteld op MAX?

• Staan de gascilinderklep en/of de drukregulator open?

• Is er nog steeds voldoende hoeveelheid gas in de cilinder? De cilinder is leeg als je geen vloeistof

hoort wanneer je ermee schudt.

• Werden twee modi energie (gas en elektriciteit) tegelijkertijd gekozen?

• Werd er te veel eten tegelijkertijd in de koelbox gestoken? Schik het

eten zo dat de lucht vrij kan circuleren in de koelbox.

• Gebruik geen stukken karton of plastic als scheidingen. Hou houders met vloeistoen gesloten.

Als, ondanks bovenstaande controles, u nog steeds contact moet opnemen met de klantendienst,

beschrijf het mankement en geef het type materiaal en het serienummer op (deze staan aangeduid op

het etiket).

GARANTIEVOORWAARDEN

• Tristar is niet verantwoordelijk voor schade:

o Ten gevolge van een val of ongeluk.

o Indien het apparaat technisch is gewijzigd door gebruiker of derden.

o Door oneigenlijk gebruik van het apparaat.

o Door normale gebruiksslijtage.

• Door eventuele reparatie wordt de oorspronkelijke garantieperiode van 2 jaar niet verlengd. Deze

garantie is slechts geldig op Europees grondgebied. Deze garantie heft de gebruikersrechten volgens

Europese richtlijn 1944/44CE niet op.

• Bewaar altijd uw aankoopbewijs, zonder dit aankoopbewijs kunt u geen aanspraak maken op enige

vorm van garantie.

• Bij schade veroorzaakt door het niet opvolgen van de gebruiksaanwijzing vervalt het recht op

garantie! Voor vervolgschade die hieruit ontstaat is Tristar niet aansprakelijk.

• Voor materiële schade of persoonlijk letsel veroorzaakt door ondeskundig gebruik of het niet

opvolgen van de veiligheidsvoorschriften is Tristar niet aansprakelijk. In dergelijke gevallen vervalt

elke aanspraak op garantie.

• Anders dan het schoonmaken, zoals genoemd in deze handleiding, is aan dit apparaat geen

onderhoud noodzakelijk.

• Indien er reparaties moeten worden uitgevoerd, mag dit uitsluitend door een geautoriseerd bedrijf

gebeuren.

• Het product mag niet worden gewijzigd of veranderd.

• Indien zich problemen zouden voordoen gedurende 2 jaar na aankoopdatum, welke gedekt zijn door

de fabrieksgarantie, kunt u het apparaat ter vervanging aanbieden bij uw aankooppunt.

• Voor vragen of klachten kunt zich melden bij uw verkooppunt.

• Dit apparaat heeft 24 maanden garantie vanaf de datum van aankoop (kassabon).

• Uitsluitend materiaal- en/of fabricagefouten komen in aanmerking voor deze garantie.

• Als u gebruik wilt maken van uw garantieaanspraak, zorgt u er dan voor dat u het volledige apparaat

in zijn originele doos en aankoopbewijs inlevert bij uw aankooppunt.

• Schade aan accessoires of onderdelen betekent niet automatisch dat het gehele apparaat zal worden

vervangen. In dit soort gevallen moet u contact opnemen met onze serviceafdeling. Afgebroken

glazen/plastic onderdelen of accessoires vallen niet onder de garantie en zullen dus altijd tegen een

vergoeding kunnen worden vervangen.

• Defecten aan hulpstukken of aan de slijtende onderdelen, alsmede reiniging, onderhoud of de

vervanging van slijtende delen vallen niet onder de garantie en zullen dus in rekening worden gebracht!

• De garantie vervalt in geval van ongeoorloofde manipulatie.

• Na het verstrijken van de garantie kunnen reparaties worden uitgevoerd door de bevoegde dealer of

reparatieservice tegen de betaling van de daaruit voortvloeiende kosten.

AANWIJZINGEN TER BESCHERMING VAN HET MILIEU

Dit product mag aan het einde van zijn levensduur niet bij het normale huisafval worden

gedeponeerd, maar dient bij een speciaal inzamelpunt voor het hergebruik van elektrische en

elektronische apparaten te worden aangeboden. Het symbool op artikel, gebruiksaanwijzing

en verpakking attendeert u hierop. De gebruikte grondstoen zijn geschikt voor hergebruik. Met

het hergebruik van gebruikte apparaten of grondstoen levert u een belangrijke bijdrage aan de

• Le thermostat permet d’ajuster la température de la glacière (« 0 » = arrêt du processus de refroidissement).

• Après une période de refroidissement susante (environ 5 heures), le thermostat peut être réglé à une

position intermédiaire. La température sélectionnée est régulée automatiquement par le thermostat.

UTILISATION AVEC UNE BATTERIE 12 V

• Un fusible de sécurité doit être installé sur la ligne d’alimentation électrique entre la batterie et la

• Il n’est pas nécessaire de vérier la polarité lorsque vous démarrez l’appareil.

• Vériez que le voltage de la batterie correspond au voltage d’utilisation de la glacière, comme indiqué

sur l’étiquette correspondante.

• Quand la batterie utilisée est celle d’une voiture, n’allumez la glacière que lorsque la voiture roule.

Si la glacière est laissée alors que la voiture est à l’arrêt, cela pourrait décharger la batterie et rendre

impossible le démarrage du véhicule.

• Lorsque l’appareil est branché sur la batterie, il y a une régulation contrôlée par le thermostat de la

température.

Recommandation

Pré refroidissez la glacière en la branchant sur le réseau électrique, avant de commencer le séjour.

Démarrage

Branchez le connecteur fourni avec la glacière à la douille de l’allume cigare de votre véhicule.

Déconnexion de l’appareil

Débranchez l’appareil de la douille de l’allume cigare.

UTILISATION AVEC DU GAZ

• N’utilisez jamais une autre source d’énergie en même temps (réseau électrique, batterie).

• L’utilisation de la glacière avec du gaz est interdite dans les véhicules et les bateaux. L’utilisation avec

du gaz est interdite dans les espaces clos.

• Cet appareil doit être à l’air libre lorsque vous utilisez du gaz.

• Utiisation en plein air signie que l’appareil peut être également installé sous l’auvent d’une tente,

susamment ventilée, ou sur la terrasse dans un jardin plat et nivelé.

• N’utilisez pas une autre source d’énergie au même moment (réseau électrique, batterie).

• L’étiquette au dos de l’appareil vous donne les pressions de gaz recommandées, exprimées en mbar.

L’appareil ne peut pas s’utiliser avec une pression diérente de celle spéciée sur l’étiquette.

Stockage du cylindre de gaz

Conservez le cylindre de gaz dans un espace frais, sec et ventilé, à l’abri des rayons du soleil et exposé à

une température inférieure à 50 °C.

CONNEXION DE LA GLACIÈRE À UN CYLINDRE DE GAZ DE PÉTROLE LIQUÉFIÉ 1

ATTENTION: toujours s’éloigner de toute source d’allumage pendant l’opération. Ne fumez pas.

Connectez l’ensemble dans cet ordre: Cylindre de gaz > régulateur de pression > appareil

• Le tube de connexion de gaz au dos de l’appareil est conçu pour un tube exible standard NF XPD 36

110 butane / propane. Il est essentiel de suivre les instructions d’assemblage et de connexion pour que

l’appareil soit connecté. Des torsions excessives et des exions doivent être évitées. Les coudes dans le

tuyau de gaz doivent avoir un radius de plus de 40 mm. La longueur du tuyau ne doit pas excéder 1,50 m.

• Si vous souhaitez vérier les fuites, veuillez utiliser de l’eau savonneuse et non une amme.

• Il est interdit de vérier les fuites avec une amme.

• Ne fumez pas : danger d’explosion et de brûlure.

• Lorsque vous changez le cylindre de gaz et/ou déconnectez le tuyau, il est recommandé de fermer la

valve du cylindre.

• Remplacez le tuyau s’il est endommagé ou s’il devient poreux et dans tout les cas, avant la date

d’expiration indiquée sur le côté.

ASSEMBLAGE DE LA VALVE DE GAZ

• Cet assemblage consiste en un dispositif de réglage avec un pilote incorporé de sûreté, un brûleur

avec une bougie électrique.

• Ce dispositif de réglage peut être réglé selon trois positions :

MIN Refroidissement minimum

0 o Position d’allumage / alimentation de gaz du brûleur fermée.

• Le pilote de sûreté maintient automatiquement l’alimentation de gaz au brûleur, aussi longtemps qu’il

reste allumé. Il s’éteint automatiquement quand la amme s’éteint.

ALLUMAGE DU BRÛLEUR DE GAZ

• Ouvrez la valve du cylindre de gaz. Pressez le bouton d’ajustement et gardez-le dans cette position,

puis tournez le bouton dans le sens des aiguilles d’une montre vers maximum.

• Si l’appareil n’a pas été allumé pendant une longue période, ou si le cylindre de gaz a été changé, il

peut y avoir un peu d’air dans le conduit, ce qui peut bloquer l’allumage. Il est nécessaire de vérier

que le pilote est allumé en regardant par l’orice sur le haut de l’appareil. Si l’appareil ne s’allume pas,

recommencez après environ 10 secondes.

• Quand la température extérieure est basse, réglez le dispositif de réglage sur la position minimum,

après une période de refroidissement susante sur la position maximum.

Pour déconnectez un appareil branché sur le gaz loin de toute source d’allumage

Eteignez le cylindre de gaz ou le régulateur de pression. Tournez le bouton sur la position éteindre.

Conserver des aliments

• Les liquides qui doivent être conservés dans la glacière doivent être placés dans un récipient fermé.

• La circulation de l’air à l’intérieur de l’appareil ne doit pas être obstruée.

Ne placez jamais d’aliments ou de boissons chaudes dans l’appareil.

Ne gardez jamais de liquide inammable ou/et de gaz dans la glacière. Danger d’explosion.

DÉGIVRAGE  MESURES À PRENDRE LORSQUE L’APPAREIL N’EST PAS UTILISÉ PENDANT UNE

LONGUE PÉRIODE

La glacière doit être dégivrée régulièrement, an d’assurer un fonctionnement correct. Pour dégivrer la

glacière, déconnectez-la et enlevez tous les aliments. Si nécessaire, utilisez un tissu imprégné d’eau chaude.

Après le dégivrage, enlevez l’eau avec un tissu propre sec et lavez l’intérieur. Si l’appareil est maintenu inutilisé

pendant une période étendue, déconnectez le et enlevez les aliments. Après avoir dégivré, lavez et séchez

l’appareil. An de prévenir les odeurs désagréables, laissez le couvercle de la glacière ouvert.

Mesures à prendre après une longue période d’inutilisation

Si l’appareil ne refroidit pas et que l’arrière chaue, placez la boîte de refroidissement à l’envers toute

la nuit sans brancher la prise. Ensuite, replacez l’appareil et attendez 10 minutes avant de remettre en

marche la boîte de refroidissement.

MAINTENANCE

• Lavez l’appareil régulièrement avec de l’eau tiède, contenant un détergent si nécessaire.

• N’utilisez jamais de produit abrasif. Séchez les surfaces propres avec un tissu sec.

• N’utilisez que de l’eau pour laver le joint du capot, puis recouvrez le joint de talc.

• Toutes les réparations, spécialement de l’unité de refroidissement ou du système de brûleur de gaz,

doivent être eectuées par un technicien qualié.

SERVICE

Si un problème arriverait, vériez les étapes suivantes:

• L’appareil est-il en position horizontale?

• La ventilation est-elle susante?

• Pour une utilisation électrique, vériez que le réseau électrique est correct. Est-ce que le réglage du

thermostat est bon?

• Pour l’utilisation de la batterie, vériez la batterie et sa connexion.

• Pour l’allumage au gaz, le brûleur est-il allumé?

• Est ce que le bouton d’allumage de sécurité (ajustement) est réglé sur maximum?

• Est-ce que la valve du cylindre et/ou le régulateur son ouverts?

• Y a-t-il encore assez de gaz dans le cylindre? Le cylindre est vide si vous n’entendez pas de liquide

quand vous le secouez.

• Est-ce que deux modes d’énergie (gaz et électricité) ont été choisis en même temps?

• Est-ce que trop de nourriture a été placé en même temps dans la glacière? Rangez la nourriture an

que l’air puisse circuler librement dans la glacière.

• N’utilisez pas de pièces en carton ou en plastique pour faire des séparations. Gardez les récipients

contenant des liquides fermés.

Si, malgré les vérications ci dessus, vous avez toujours besoin de contacter le département de

service après vente, décrivez le problème et l’état, le type d’appareil et son numéro de série (ils

sont indiqués sur l’étiquette).

GARANTIE

• Tristar n’est pas tenu responsable des dégâts intervenus :

o En cas de la chute de l’appareil

o En cas de modication technique de l’appareil par le propriétaire ou par un tiers

o En cas de mauvaise utilisation de l’appareil

o En cas d’usure normale de l’appareil

• L’exécution de réparations ne prolongera pas la période originale de garantie de 24 mois, ni ne

donnera droit à une nouvelle garantie conforme. Cette garantie n’est légale qu’en Europe. Cette

garantie ne change pas la Directive Européenne 1944/44CE.

• Conservez toujours votre reçu, il vous sera impossible de faire une réclamation sous garantie sans ce reçu.

INSTALACIÓN DEL APARATO

• Instale el aparato sobre una supercie rme y horizontal. Para equilibrar el equipo, use un nivelador

de liquido o un recipiente con agua si es necesario.

• Evite instalar el aparato a la luz solar directa o cerca de fuentes de calor.

• La distancia entre la parte posterior del aparato y la pared no debe ser inferior a 10 cm, y el espacio

mínimo de ventilación a los lados del aparato no debe ser inferior a 5 cm.

• En todos los casos, la ubicación debe estar protegida de lluvia y de salpicaduras.

• Para garantizar un nivel adecuado de circulación de aire, no obstruya las ranuras de ventilación de la

parte superior, inferior o posterior del aparato.

• Cumplir con lo anterior garantizará una refrigeración ecaz y económica.

• Antes de usar su aparato por primera vez, limpie el interior y la cubierta con agua caliente, añadiendo

FUNCIONAMIENTO CON CORRIENTE 220  240V

• Nunca use otra fuente de energía simultáneamente (batería, gas).

• Compruebe que la tensión de corriente coincida con la tensión operativa especicada en la etiqueta (

en la parte posterior del aparato).

• Si las especicaciones eléctricas son correctas, introduzca la clavija de seguridad eléctrica en una

toma de corriente con salida de tierra cableada de acuerdo con las especicaciones.

• Este producto está equipado con una toma de 12 voltios para uso en automoción, asegúrese de

comprobar la carga máxima de su vehículo antes de conectar el producto. El valor de carga máxima

puede encontrarse en el manual de servicio del vehículo o dentro de la toma de 12 voltios, si la

carga máxima es de 8A o superior el producto puede conectarse con seguridad, si es inferior no

recomendamos conectar el producto dado que podría dañar la toma y la caja de fusibles del vehículo.

• Asegúrese siempre de que el motor de su vehículo esté en marcha cuando conecte este producto a

la toma de 12 voltios. Debido a la elevada carga del producto la batería se gastará muy rápidamente

cuando no se recargue.

INICIO

• Gire el mando del termostato hacia la derecha hasta la posición MAX. El efecto del proceso de

enfriamiento (escarcha en el evaporador) solo se hace visible después de aproximadamente una hora.

• El termostato permite ajustar la temperatura del refrigerador (“0”= proceso de refrigeración parado).

• Después de un tiempo suciente de enfriado (aproximadamente 5 horas), el termostato puede colocarse

en posición intermedia. La temperatura seleccionada la regula automáticamente el termostato.

Apagado

• Gire el mando del termostato en dirección contraria hasta la posición “0”.

• Remueva el enchufe de la toma de la pared.

FUNCIONAMIENTO CON BATERÍA 12V

• No use otra fuente de energía simultáneamente (corriente alterna, gas).

• Debe instalarse un fusible de seguridad se ser instalado en la línea de alimentación entre la batería y

el refrigerador. Para 12 V, el valor nominal máximo del fusible es de 6,25 A.

• No es necesario vericar la polaridad cuando encienda el aparato.

• Verique que el voltaje de la batería corresponda al voltaje de funcionamiento de la refrigeradora,

como se indica en la etiqueta correspondiente.

• Cuando la batería usada sea una batería de coche, encienda el refrigerador solamente cuando

el coche esté en movimiento. Si el refrigerador se deja funcionando con el coche parado, puede

descargar la batería e imposibilite encender el motor.

• Cuando el aparato está funcionando con batería, la temperatura no puede regularse con el termostato.

Recomendación

Pre-enfríe el refrigerador con corriente alterna, antes de comenzar el viaje.

Encendido

Conecte el enchufe suplido con la refrigeradora en la toma del encendedor del vehículo.

Desconectar el equipo

Desconecte el conector de la toma del encendedor.

FUNCIONAMIENTO CON GAS

• No use nunca otra fuente de energía simultáneamente (corriente alterna, batería).

• Se prohíbe el funcionamento con gas en vehículos de carretera y embarcaciones. Se prohíbe el

funcionamiento con gas en lugares cerrados.

• Este equipo debe estar al aire libre cuando funcione con gas.

• Funcionar al aire libtre signica que el aparato puede instalarse en una tienda de campaña, con

suciente ventilación, o en una terraza en un jardín plano y liso.

• La etiqueta en la parte posterior del aparato indica las presiones de gas recomendadas expresadas en

mbar. El aparato no puede usarse con una presión distinta a la indicada en la etiqueta.

Guardado de las bombonas de gas

Guarde la bombona de gas en un lugar fresco, seco y ventilado, protegido de la luz solar directa y que no esté

expuesto a temperaturas superiores a 50°C.

CONEXIÓN DEL REFRIGERADOR A LA BOMBONA DE GAS DE PETRÓLEO LIQUIFICADO 1

PRECAUCIÓN: manténgase lejos de cualquier fuente de ignición mientras durante esta operación. No

fume. Conecte el refrigerador en el orden siguiente: Bombona de gas> regulador de presión> aparato

• El tubo de conexión de gas en la parte posterior del aparato esta diseñado para una manguera exible

de butano / propano estándar NF XPD 36110 . Es esencial seguir las instrucciones de montaje y de

conexión para conectar el equipo. Debe evitarse un exceso de retorcimientos y giros. Los giros de la

manguera deben tener un radio de más de 40mm. La longitud de la manguera no debe exceder 1,50 m.

• Si desea comprobar la existencia de fugas, use agua con jabón, no use una llama.

• Es prohibido comprobar fugas con una llama.

• No fume: peligro de explosión y quemaduras.

• Cuando cambie la bombona de gas y/o desconecte la manguera, es obligatorio cerrar la válvula de la

bombona de gas.

• Reemplace la manguera si está dañada o se ha vuelto porosa, y en cualquier caso antes de la fecha de

caducidad impresa en el lateral.

MONTAJE DE LA VÁLVULA DE GAS

• Este montaje consiste en ajustar el dispositivo con un piloto de seguridad incorporado, un quemador

con un encendedor eléctrico.

• El dispositivo de regulación puede ponerse en 3 posiciones:

MAX Máximo enfriamiento

MIN Mínimo enfriamiento

0 apagado Posición de encendido/ quemador de alimentación de gas cerrado

• El piloto de seguridad mantiene automáticamente la alimentación de gas al quemador, mientras se

mantenga encendido. Se apaga automáticamente si la llama se apaga.

ENCENDIDO DEL QUEMADOR DE GAS

NOTA:

CUANDO TENGA PROBLEMAS AL ENCENDER EL SISTEMA DE GAS, CIERRE EL SUMINISTRO

DE GAS Y ABRA LA TAPA PARA EL MANTENIMIENTO, SITUADA EN LA PARTE POSTERIOR DEL

DISPOSITIVO. UTILICE UN CEPILLO PEQUEÑO PARA LIMPIAR LA BOQUILLA DE GAS Y ELIMINAR

TODO EL RESIDUO DEL TERMOPAR Y DEL MECANISMO DE ENCENDIDO. PARA VER LAS

• Abra la válvula de la bombona de gas. Presione el mando de regulación y manténgalo en esta

posición, y a continuación gire el mando hacia la izquierda hasta Máx.

• Si el aparato no se ha usado durante un periodo prolongado, o si se ha cambiado la bombona de gas,

puede que haya algo de aire en la manguera, y puede ser que falle al tratar de encenderlo. Es necesario

vericar que el piloto esté encendido mirando por el oricio superior del aparato. Si el aparato falla al

encenderlo, inténtelo de nuevo pasados aproximadamente 10 segundos.

• Cuando la temperatura exterior sea baja, ponga el dispositivo regulador en MIN después de un periodo

suciente de enfriamiento en posición MAX.

Desconectar un aparato funcionando con gas lejos de cualquier fuente de ignición

Apague la bombona de gas en el regulador de presión. Gire el mando a la posición APAGADO.

Guardar alimentos

• Los líquidos guardados en el refrigerador deben colocarse en recipientes cerrados.

• No debe obstruirse la circulación interior de aire del equipo.

No coloque nunca comida o bebidas calientes dentro del aparato. No ponga nunca líquidos

inamables o/ y gases dentro del refrigerador. Peligro de explosión.

DESCONGELAR MEDIDAS A TOMAR DESPUÉS DE UN LARGO TIEMPO SIN USO

El refrigerador debe descongelarse regularmente, para poder garantizar que funcione correctamente.

Para descongelar el refrigerador, desconéctelo y saque toda la comida. Si es necesario, use un trapo con

agua caliente. Después de descongelar saque el agua con un trapo. Si el aparato va a permanecer sin uso

por un periodo de tiempo largo, desconéctelo y saque toda la comida. Después de descongelar, límpielo

y séquelo por dentro. Para evitar malos olores, deje la tapa del refrigerador ligeramente abierta.

Medidas que deben tomarse tras un tiempo prolongado sin uso

Si el aparato no se enfría y la parte posterior no se calienta, coloque el refrigerador boca abajo una

noche entera sin conectar el enchufe. Pasado este tiempo, coloque el aparato correctamente y espere 10

minutos para encenderlo.

MANTENIMIENTO

• Limpie el equipo regularmente con agua caliente, con detergente si es necesario.

• No use nunca productos abrasivos. Seque las supercies con un trapo suave.

• Use solamente agua limpia para limpiar el cierre de la cubierta, y ponga polvos de talco en el cierre

hermético.

• Todas las reparaciones, particularmente las de la unidad de enfriamiento o el sistema de quemador de

gas, es obligatorio que sean realizadas por un técnico cualicado.

SERVICIO

Si ocurre problema, verique lo siguiente:

• ¿Esta el equipo en posición horizontal?

• ¿Hay suciente ventilación?

• Para funcionamiento con corriente, verique que la fuente de alimentación sea correcta. ¿Está

correctamente montado el termostato?

• Para funcionamiento con batería, verique la batería y la conexión.

• Para funcionamiento con gas, ¿está encendido el quemador?

• ¿Se ha colocado el mando de seguridad de encendido (regulación) en MÁX.?

• ¿Está la válvula de la bombona y/o el regulador de presión abierto?

• ¿Hay una cantidad suciente de gas en la bombona? La bombona está vacía si no se escucha líquido

al agitarla.

• ¿Ha seleccionado dos modos de alimentación (gas y electricidad) simultáneamente?

• ¿Ha puesto demasiados alimentos dentro del refrigerador simultáneamente? Coloque la comida para

que el aire circule dentro del refrigerador.

• No use trozos de cartón o de plástico como separador. Mantenga los recipientes con liquidos cerrados.

Si, pese a las comprobaciones anteriores, todavía necesita contactar con el departamento de

servicio, describa el fallo y conrme el tipo de equipo y su número de serie (están indicados en la

etiqueta).

GARANTÍA

• Tristar no es responsable de los daños que se produzcan:

o En caso de caída del aparato

o En caso de que el propietario o un tercero modique técnicamente el aparato

o En caso de un uso incorrecto del aparato

o Por el desgaste habitual del aparato

• Al ejecutar reparaciones, no se ampliará el período de garantía original de 24 meses, ni el derecho a

una nueva garantía. Esta garantía sólo tiene validez en territorio europeo. Esta garantía no anula la

directiva europea 1944/44CE.

• Conserve siempre el ticket de compra, p2-ya que sin él no podrá reclamar ningún tipo de garantía.

• Los daños provocados al no seguirse el manual de instrucciones darán lugar a una anulación de la

garantía; Tristar no será responsable si se producen daños derivados.

• Tristar no será responsable de los daños materiales o lesiones personales causados por un uso

incorrecto o si no se respetan las instrucciones de seguridad.

• Además de la limpieza, como se ha mencionado en este manual, es el único mantenimiento necesario

para este aparato.

• Cuando se deba reparar el aparato, asegúrese de que lo lleve a cabo una empresa autorizada.

• Este aparato no puede ser modicado.

• Si se produce algún problema durante los dos años a partir de la fecha de compra, al estar cubierto

por la garantía, podrá dirigirse al punto de compra y cambiar el aparato por uno nuevo.

• Si tiene cualquier pregunta o dudas acerca de conformidades, contacte a representante comercial de

su “punto de compra”

• Este aparato está cubierto por una garantía de 2 años a partir de la fecha de compra (recibo).

• Esta garantía solo incluye defectos de fabricación o de los materiales.

• Si desea realizar una reclamación, devuelva la máquina completa en su embalaje original al

representante comercial, junto con el recibo.

• Daños a los accesorios no garantizan una sustitución gratuita automática de la aparato entera. En

tales casos póngase en contacto con nuestra línea de atención. La rotura de cristales o piezas de

plástico siempre tendrá cargo.

• Önen Sie das Ventil an der Gasasche. Drücken Sie den verstellbaren Drehknopf und halten ihn in

dieser Position, dann drehen Sie den Drehknopf gegen den Uhrzeigersinn auf Max.

• Wenn das Gerät lange Zeit nicht gezündet oder die Gasasche gewechselt wurde, könnte sich etwas

Luft in der Leitung benden und deshalb könnte die Zündung fehlschlagen. Sie müssen durch einen

Blick durch die Önung an Oberseite des Geräts überprüfen, ob die Zündamme brennt. Wenn das

Gerät nicht zündet, versuchen Sie es nach ungefähr 10 Sekunden noch einmal.

• Wenn die Außentemperatur niedrig ist, stellen Sie die verstellbare Vorrichtung auf MIN, nach

genügend langer Kühlzeit auf die MAX-Position.

Abschalten eines mit Gas betriebenen Geräts weit entfernt von jeder Zündquelle

Lagerung von Lebensmitteln

ABTAUEN  MASSNAHMEN BEI LÄNGERER NICHTBENUTZUNG

Die Kühlbox muss regelmäßig abgetaut werden, damit ihre korrekte Funktion gewährleistet wird. Zum Abtauen

der Kühlbox schalten Sie sie ab und nehmen alle Lebensmittel heraus. Benutzen Sie erforderlichenfalls ein mit

heißem Wasser getränktes Tuch. Nach dem Abtauen wischen Sie das Wasser mit einem trockenen, sauberen

Tuch auf und reinigen das Innere. Wenn das Gerät für längere Zeit nicht benutzt wird, schalten Sie es ab und

nehmen alle Lebensmittel heraus. Nach dem Abtauen reinigen und trocknen Sie das Innere des Geräts. Um

unangenehme Gerüche zu verhindern, lassen Sie den Deckel der Kühlbox etwas geönet.

Maßnahmen, wenn das Gerät einen längeren Zeitraum nicht in Gebrauch war

Falls das Gerät nicht kalt wird, aber sich die Rückseite erwärmt, ziehen Sie den Stecker ab und stellen die

Kühlbox über Nacht auf den Kopf. Drehen Sie die Kühlbox danach wieder um warten 10 Minuten, bevor

Sie sie in Betrieb nehmen.

WARTUNG

• Reinigen Sie Sie das Gerät regelmäßig mit warmem Wasser, gegebenenfalls fügen Sie ein

Reinigungsmittel hinzu.

• Benutzen Sie niemals Scheuermittel. Trocknen Sie die gesäuberten Oberächen mit einem weichen Tuch.

• Benutzen Sie nur sauberes Wasser zum Reinigen der Dichtung der Abdeckung und dann bestreichen

Sie die Dichtung mit Talkum Puder.

• Alle Reparaturen, insbesondere an der Kühleinheit oder dem Gasbrenner-System, dürfen laut

Vorschrift nur von einem qualizierten Techniker vorgenommen werden.

SERVICE

Falls ein Problem auftritt, führen Sie folgende Überprüfungen durch:

• Ist das Gerät waagrecht aufgestellt?

• Ist für eine ausreichende Belüftung gesorgt?

• Bei Netzbetrieb prüfen Sie, ob die Netzstromversorgung korrekt ist. Und ist der Thermostat richtig eingestellt?

• Bei Batteriebetrieb prüfen Sie die Batterie und die Verbindung.

• Bei Gasbetrieb, hat der Brenner gezündet?

• Ist der (verstellbare) Zündsicherungsknopf auf MAX eingestellt?

• Sind Gasaschenventil und/oder der Druckregler geönet?

• Ist noch genügend Gas in der Flasche? Die Flasche ist leer, wenn man keine Flüssigkeitsbewegung

beim Schütteln der Flasche hören kann.

• Sind zwei Modi der Energieversorgung (Gas und Elektrizität) zur gleichen Zeit gewählt worden?

• Wurden zu viele Lebensmittel auf einmal in die Kühlbox gelegt? Ordnen Sie die Nahrung so an, dass

die Luft in der Kühlbox frei zirkulieren kann.

• Benutzen Sie keine Karton- oder Kunststoteile zum Abtrennen. Halten Sie Behälter mit Flüssigkeiten

verschlossen.

Falls Sie trotz der obigen Überprüfungen immer noch die Service Abteilung kontaktieren müssen,

beschreiben Sie den Fehler, geben Sie den Typ des Geräts und seine Seriennummer an (diese sind

auf dem Typenschild vermerkt).

GARANTIE

• Tristar ist nicht verantwortlich für Beschädigungen, die auftreten aufgrund von:

o Herunterfallen des Geräts.

o Technischen Veränderungen des Geräts durch den Eigentümer oder Dritte.

o Unsachgemäßer Verwendung des Geräts.

o Normalem Verschleiß des Geräts.

• Bei Durchführung von Reparaturen am Gerät wird die ursprüngliche Garantiezeit von 24 Monaten

nicht verlängert, es entsteht auch kein Recht auf eine neue Garantie. Diese Garantie gilt nur auf

• Bewahren Sie die Rechnung immer auf, ohne diese Rechnung können Sie keine Form der Garantie

• Beschädigungen, die durch Nichtbefolgen der Bedienungsanleitung entstehen, führen zu

einem Garantieverlust, wenn das zu nachfolgenden Beschädigungen führt, kann Tristar nicht zur

Verantwortung gezogen werden.

• Tristar ist nicht verantwortlich für Material- oder Personenschäden, die durch unsachgemäße

Handhabung oder durch unsachgemäße Ausführung der Sicherheitsanweisungen verursacht werden.

• Eine Reinigung ist, wie in dieser Bedienungsanleitung erwähnt, der einzige Wartungsvorgang, der für

INSTALLATION DES GERÄTS

• Stellen Sie das Gerät auf eine stabile, horizontale Fläche. Zum Nivellieren des Geräts benutzen Sie eine

Wasserwaage oder gegebenenfalls einen mit Wasser gefüllten Behälter.

• Stellen Sie das Gerät nicht bei direkter Sonneneinstrahlung oder in der Nähe von Wärmequellen auf.

• Der Abstand zwischen der Rückseite des Geräts und der Wand sollte nicht weniger als 10 cm betragen

und halten Sie für die Belüftung einen Abstand von mindestens 5 cm zu den Seiten des Geräts ein.

• Der Aufstellort muss auf jeden Fall vor Regen und Spritzwasser geschützt sein.

• Um eine gute Luftzirkulation zu gewährleisten, decken Sie die Lüftungsgitter oben, unten oder auf

der Rückseite des Geräts nicht ab.

• Die Einhaltung der obigen Hinweise sorgt für eine leistungsfähige und sparsame Kühlung.

• Reinigen Sie vor der Erstinbetriebnahme das Innere und die Abdeckung des Geräts mit warmem Wasser

und geben Sie gegebenenfalls ein Reinigungsmittel hinzu. Niemals Scheuermittel verwenden.

NETZBETRIEB 220  240 V

• Verwenden Sie niemals zwei Energiequellen gleichzeitig (Batterie, Gas).

• Überprüfen Sie, ob die Netzspannung mit der auf dem Typenschild (auf der Rückseite des Geräts)

angegebenen Betriebsspannung übereinstimmt.

• Wenn die elektrischen Spezikationen richtig sind, stecken Sie den Schutzkontaktstecker in eine

geerdete Steckdose, die den Spezikationen entsprechend verdrahtet ist.

• Dieses Produkt ist mit einem 12-Volt-Stecker für den Einsatz in Fahrzeugen ausgestattet. Bitte

überprüfen Sie vor Anschließen des Produkts die für ihr Fahrzeug max. zulässige Spannung. Den

max. Spannungswert nden Sie in der Serviceanleitung des Fahrzeugs oder in der 12-Volt-Steckdose.

Ist die max. Spannung 8A oder höher, kann das Produkt sicher angeschlossen werden. Sollte die

Spannung niedriger sein, raten wir davon ab, das Produkt anzuschließen, da dies die Steckdose und

den Sicherungskasten Ihres Fahrzeugs beschädigen kann.

• Stellen Sie immer sicher, dass der Motor Ihres Fahrzeugs eingeschaltet ist, wenn dieses Produkt an die

12-Volt-Steckdose angeschlossen wird. Aufgrund der hohen Belastung durch das Produkt wird Ihre

Batterie sehr schnell entladen, wenn diese nicht zeitgleich aufgeladen wird.

INBETRIEBNAHME

• Drehen Sie den Thermostat-Drehknopf im Uhrzeigersinn auf die Stellung MAX. Die Folgen des

Kühlvorgangs (Eis auf dem Verdampfer) werden erst nach etwa einer Stunde sichtbar.

• Der Thermostat ermöglicht die Temperatureinstellung der Kühlbox (“0”=Kühlen ist ausgeschaltet).

• Nach einer ausreichenden Kühlzeit (ungefähr 5 Stunden), kann der Thermostat in mittlere Stellung

gedreht werden. Die vorgewählte Temperatur wird automatisch durch den Thermostat reguliert.

Abschalten

• Drehen Sie den Thermostat-Drehknopf gegen den Uhrzeigersinn in die “0” Stellung.

• Ziehen Sie den Netzstecker.

DER BATTERIEBETRIEB 12 V

• Verwenden Sie niemals zwei Energiequellen gleichzeitig (Batterie, Gas).

• Eine Sicherung muss zwischen Batterie und der Kühlbox in der Versorgungsleitung installiert werden.

Der maximale Stromwert der Sicherung beträgt 6,25 A für 12 V.

• Die Polarität muss beim Einschalten des Geräts nicht überprüft werden.

• Überprüfen Sie, ob die Batteriespannung mit der auf dem Typenschild angegebenen

Betriebsspannung der Kühlbox übereinstimmt.

• Wenn Sie eine Autobatterie verwenden, schalten Sie die Kühlbox nur während der Fahrt ein. Wenn

die Kühlbox weiterläuft und das Auto steht, könnte die Batterie entladen werden und ein erneutes

Anlassen des Motors ist eventuell nicht mehr möglich.

• Wenn das Gerät über Batterie betrieben wird, ndet keine thermostatgesteuerte Temperaturregelung statt.

Empfehlung

Kühlen Sie die Kühlbox durch Netzbetrieb vor, bevor Sie die Reise beginnen.

Inbetriebnahme

Stecken Sie den mit der Kühlbox mitgelieferten Stecker in den Zigarettenanzünder.

Abschaltung des Geräts

Ziehen Sie den Stecker aus dem Zigarettenanzünder.

GASBETRIEB

• Verwenden Sie niemals zwei Energiequellen gleichzeitig (Netzstrom, Batterie).

• Die Inbetriebnahme der Kühlbox mit Gas ist in Straßenfahrzeugen und auf Booten verboten. Die

Inbetriebnahme mit Gas ist in geschlossen Räumen verboten.

• Dieses Gerät muss sich im Freien benden, wenn es mit Gas betrieben wird.

• Inbetriebnahme im Freien heißt, dass das Gerät bei ausreichender Belüftung auch unter dem Vordach

eines Zelts oder auf einer Terrasse in einem achen und ebenen Garten betrieben werden kann.

• Das Typenschild auf der Rückseite des Geräts gibt den empfohlenen Gasversorgungsdruck in mbar

an. Das Gerät funktioniert nur mit dem auf dem Typenschild angegebenen Druck.

Aufbewahrung der Gasaschen

Lagern Sie die Gasasche an einem kühlen, trockenen und belüfteten Ort, geschützt vor

Sonneneinstrahlung und Temperaturen über 50 °C.

DER ANSCHLUSS DER KÜHLBOX AN EINER GASFLASCHE MIT PROPANGAS 1

VORSICHT: Halten Sie bei diesem Vorgang immer ausreichend Abstand zu jeglichen Zündquellen. Rauchen

Sie nicht. Schließen Sie die KÜHLBOX in der folgenden Reihenfolge an: Gasasche > Druckregler > Gerät

• Der Gas-Ansschlussschlauch auf der Rückseite des Geräts wurde für einen Standard NF XPD 36 110

exiblen Schlauch für Butan/Propan konstruiert. Sie müssen die Montage- und Anschlussanleitung

für das anzuschließende Gerät befolgen. Vermeiden Sie übermäßiges Verdrehen und Verbiegen.

INSTALAÇÃO DO APARELHO

O valor da carga máxima está indicado no manual de serviço do veículo ou no interior da tomada de

12 Volts; se a carga máxima for de 8A ou superior, o produto pode ser ligado com segurança, mas se for

inferior a este valor não aconselhamos que ligue o produto pois isso pode danicar a tomada e a caixa de

fusíveis do seu veículo.

• Certique-se sempre de que o motor do veículo está a trabalhar quando este produto está ligado

à tomada de 12 Volts. Devido ao elevado consumo elétrico do produto a sua bateria descarrega-se

muito rapidamente se não for recarregada.

ARRANQUE DO APARELHO

• Rode o botão do termóstato na direcção dos ponteiros do relógio para a posição MÁX. Os efeitos de

refrigeração (gelo no evaporador) só começam a ser visíveis passado cerca de uma hora.

• O termóstato permite ajustar a temperatura do frigoríco (“0”=Cancelar processo de refrigeração).

• Após um período de tempo suciente para refrigeração (aproximadamente 5 horas), o termóstato

pode ser ajustado para uma posição intermédia. A temperatura seleccionada é regulada

automaticamente pelo termóstato.

Desligar

• Rode o botão do termóstato na direcção contrária à dos ponteiros do relógio para a posição “0”.

• Retire a cha da tomada.

OPERAÇÃO UTILIZANDO UMA BATERIA 12 V

• Não utilize outra fonte de energia ao mesmo tempo (electricidade, gás).

• Deve ser instalado um fusível de segurança nos cabos da fonte de alimentação, entre a bateria e o

frigoríco. Para 12 V, a amperagem máxima do fusível deve ser de 6,25 A.

• Não é necessário vericar a polaridade ao utilizar o aparelho pela primeira vez.

• Certique-se de que a tensão da bateria corresponde à tensão de operação do frigoríco, tal como

• Quando a bateria utilizada for uma bateria automóvel, ligue o frigoríco apenas quando o automóvel

estiver em andamento. Se o frigoríco estiver a trabalhar com o automóvel parado, isto pode

Recomendação

Arranque do aparelho

Ligue o adaptador fornecido com o frigoríco ao isqueiro do veículo.

Desligar o aparelho

Retire o adaptador do isqueiro.

OPERAÇÃO UTILIZANDO GÁS

• Nunca utilize outra fonte de energia ao mesmo tempo (electricidade, bateria).

• A operação do frigoríco utilizando gás é proibida em veículos rodoviários e embarcações. A operação

utilizando gás é proibida em áreas fechadas.

• Este aparelho deve ser colocado ao ar livre ao utilizar gás.

• Operação ao ar livre signica que o aparelho também pode ser instalado sob a lona de uma tenda,

sucientemente ventilada, numa varanda de um apartamento ou num jardim.

• A etiqueta na parte traseira do aparelho recomenda utilizar fornecimento de gás cuja pressão seja

expressa em mbar. O aparelho não funciona com outra pressão que não a especicada na etiqueta.

Armazenamento das botijas de gás

Armazene a botija de gás em local fresco, seco e bem ventilado, protegido da luz solar e não exposta a

temperaturas superiores a 50 °C.

LIGAÇÃO DO FRIGORÍFICO À BOTIJA DO GÁS DE PETRÓLEO LIQUEFEITO 1

ATENÇÃO: mantenha-se sempre afastado de qualquer chama durante esta operação. Não fume.

Ligue o frigoríco na seguinte ordem: botija de gás > regulador de pressão > aparelho

• O tubo de ligação de gás na parte de trás do aparelho foi concebido para uma mangueira padrão

NF XPD 36 110 butano/propano. É essencial seguir as instruções de montagem e ligação para a

instalação correcta do aparelho. Enrolamentos e dobras excessivos devem ser evitados. As dobras na

mangueira devem ter um raio superior a 40 mm. O comprimento do tubo não deve exceder os 1,50 m.

• Se pretender detectar fugas, utilize a espuma de água e sabão, não use chamas.

• É proibido vericar a existência de fugas com uma chama.

• Não fume: perigo de explosões e queimaduras.

• Quando substituir a botija de gás e/ou desligar a mangueira, é obrigatório fechar a válvula da botija de gás.

• Substitua a mangueira se esta estiver danicada ou se se tornar porosa e em qualquer caso antes do

• Esta montagem consiste de um dispositivo de ajuste com um pavio de segurança electrónico.

• Abra a válvula da botija de gás. Pressione o botão de ajustamento e mantenha-o na mesma posição.

Armazenamento de alimentos

• Armazenar líquidos no frigoríco deve ser sempre efectuado em recipientes fechados.

• A circulação de ar no interior do aparelho não deve ser obstruída.

Nunca coloque alimentos ou bebidas quentes no aparelho. Nunca coloque líquidos e/ou gases

inamáveis no frigoríco. Perigo de explosão!

DESCONGELAR  MEDIDAS A TER EM CONTA SE O APARELHO FOR PERMANECER SEM SER

UTILIZADO POR UM LONGO PERÍODO DE TEMPO

O frigoríco deve ser descongelado regularmente para assegurar que funciona correctamente. Para

descongelar o frigoríco, desligue-o e retire todos os alimentos do seu interior. Se for necessário, utilize um

pano molhado em água quente. Após retirar o gelo, utilize um pano seco para retirar a água e limpe o interior

do aparelho. Se o aparelho não for ser utilizado durante muito tempo, desligue-o e retire todos os alimentos

do seu interior. Depois de descongelado, limpe e seque o interior do aparelho. Para prevenir contra o mau

cheiro, deixe a tampa do frigoríco ligeiramente aberta!

Medidas a serem tomadas após uma pausa longa no funcionamento do aparelho

Se o aparelho não arrefecer e a parte traseira car quente, coloque a mala térmica ao contrário durante

uma noite inteira sem a cha na tomada. Depois de fazer isto, coloque o aparelho novamente na

respectiva posição e aguarde 10 minutos antes de colocar a mala térmica em funcionamento.

MANUTENÇÃO

• Limpe o aparelho regularmente com água morna, contendo detergente, se for necessário.

• Nunca utilize produtos abrasivos. Seque as superfícies limpas com um pano suave.

• Utilize apenas água limpa para limpar a tampa e, em seguida, cubra-a com pó de talco.

• Todas as reparações, particularmente da unidade de refrigeração ou do sistema do pavio do gás, tem

SERVIÇO

Se ocorrer um problema, siga as vericações seguintes:

• O aparelho está instalado numa posição horizontal?

• Existe ventilação suciente?

• Para operação através de electricidade, certique-se de que o fornecimento eléctrico está correcto. O

termóstato está denido correctamente?

• Para operação utilizando bateria, verique a bateria e a ligação?

• Para operação utilizando gás, o pavio está aceso?

• Não utilize pedaços de cartão ou de plástico como separadores. Mantenha os recipientes com

líquidos fechados.

• Il bruciatore pilota (di sicurezza) conserva automaticamente l’alimentazione a gas del bruciatore per

tutto il tempo che resterà acceso. L’alimentazione si interrompe automaticamente quando la amma

si estingue.

ACCENSIONE DEL BRUCIATORE A GPL

• Aprire la valvola del gas della bombola. Premere la manopola di regolazione e mantenerla in questa

posizione. Poi ruotare la manopola in senso antiorario no a Max.

• Se l’apparecchio non è stato acceso per un lungo periodo, o se la bombola di gas è stata sostituita,

potrebbe esserci aria nel tubo e l’accensione potrebbe risultare dicoltosa. Controllare che il pilota

sia acceso guardando attraverso il foro sulla parte superiore dell’apparecchio. Se l’apparecchio non

si accende, eettuare un altro tentativo dopo 10 secondi. Quando la temperatura esterna è bassa,

impostare il dispositivo di regolazione su MIN dopo aver eettuato un periodo di refrigerazione con il

dispositivo impostato su MAX.

Scollegare l’apparecchio dall’alimentazione a gas in un luogo lontano da materiali inammabili

Chiudere la bombola o il regolatore di pressione. Impostare la manopola su OFF.

Conservazione dei cibi

• Per conservare in frigo sostanze liquide utilizzare contenitori chiusi.

• La circolazione dell’aria all’interno del frigo non deve essere ostruita.

Non conservare mai in frigo cibi o bevande calde. Non conservare mai liquidi inammabili e/o

SBRINAMENTO PROCEDURE DA SEGUIRE SE IL FRIGO NON VIENE ACCESO PER PARECCHIO TEMPO

Per un corretto funzionamento del frigo eettuare regolarmente lo sbrinamento. Per sbrinare il frigo

scollegare il frigo e rimuovere tutti i cibi conservati. Se necessario utilizzare un panno imbevuto di acqua

calda. Dopo lo sbrinamento asciugare l’acqua con un panno asciutto e pulire l’interno. Se il frigo non

viene utilizzato per un lungo periodo scollegare l’alimentazione e rimuovere tutti i cibi conservati al suo

interno. Dopo lo sbrinamento pulire e asciugare l’interno del frigo. Per evitare odori sgradevoli lasciate il

coperchio del frigo leggermente aperto.

Operazioni da eettuare in caso di non utilizzo per un periodo prolungato

Se l'apparecchio non si raredda e la parte posteriore si calda, capovolgerlo e lasciarlo in questa posizione per

un'intera notte con la spina di alimentazione scollegata. Quindi, ricollocare l'apparecchio in posizione normale e

attendere 10 minuti prima di accenderlo.

MANUTENZIONE

• Pulire regolarmente il frigo con acqua tiepida e un po’ di detersivo, se necessario.

• Non utilizzare mai prodotti abrasivi. Asciugare le superci lavate con un panno morbido.

• Utilizzare solo acqua per pulire la guarnizione del coperchio e poi cospargerla con del talco.

• Eventuali riparazioni dell’unità di rareddamento o del sistema di accensione del bruciatore dovranno essere

eseguite esclusivamente da tecnici qualicati.

ASSISTENZA

In caso di anomalie, vericare:

• l’apparecchio è in posizione orizzontale?

• il luogo è sucientemente areato?

• Se il frigo è alimentato a corrente, controllare che l’alimentazione sia adeguata per un funzionamento

a 220 V. Il termostato è impostato in maniera corretta?

• Se alimentato a batteria, controllare la batteria e i collegamenti.

• Se alimentato a gas controllare che il bruciatore sia acceso?

• La manopola (di regolazione ) per l’accensione in sicurezza è impostata su MAX?

• La valvola della bombola e/o il regolatore di pressione sono aperti?

• C’è abbastanza gas all’interno della bombola? La bombola è vuota quando, scuotendola, non si sente

il rumore di un liquido che si sposta.

• Le modalità di alimentazione (a gas o a elettricità) sono entrambe impostate?

• Il frigo è troppo pieno. Sistemare gli alimenti in modo da non ostruire la circolazione dell’aria

all’interno del frigo.

• Non utilizzare cartone o pezzi di plastica come divisori. I contenitori contenenti liquidi devono essere chiusi.

Se, nonostante queste veriche, il problema persiste, contattare il servizio assistenza, descrivere

l’anomalia, il tipo di apparecchio e comunicare il numero seriale (riportato sull’etichetta).

INSTALLAZIONE DELL’APPARECCHIO

• Sistemare l’apparecchio su una supercie piana e rigida. Per mettere l’apparecchio a livello, utilizzare

una livella ad acqua o un contenitore pieno d’acqua.

• Non esporre l’apparecchio ai raggi diretti del sole o a fonti di calore.

• La distanza tra il retro dell’apparecchio e la parete non deve essere inferiore ai 10 cm. e lo spazio di

ventilazione su entrambi i lati dell’apparecchio non deve essere inferiore ai 5 cm.

• In ogni caso, l’apparecchio dovrà essere protetto da pioggia e schizzi.

• Per consentire una buona circolazione dell’aria, non ostruire le griglie di ventilazione sulla parte

superiore, inferiore o posteriore dell’apparecchio.

• La corretta esecuzione delle procedure n qui descritte assicura un processo di refrigerazione

eciente ed economico.

• Prima del primo utilizzo dell’apparecchio pulirne l’interno e il coperchio con acqua tiepida e con un

po’ di detersivo, se necessario. Non utilizzare mai prodotti abrasivi.

FUNZIONAMENTO AD ENERGIA ELETTRICA 220  240 V

• Non utilizzare sorgenti di alimentazione diverse contemporaneamente (batteria, gas).

• Vericare che il voltaggio dell’alimentazione corrisponda al voltaggio specicato sull’etichetta

dell’apparecchio (retro).

• Se le speciche elettriche sono corrette, inserire la spina elettrica di sicurezza in una presa a muro con

presa a collegata a terra secondo le speciche.

• Questo prodotto è fornito di una spina da 12 Volt per uso automotive, assicurarsi di controllare il

carico d’intensità massima del veicolo prima di collegare il prodotto. Il valore di carico d’intensità

massima è reperibile nel manuale di manutenzione del veicolo o all'interno della presa a 12 Volt. Se il

valore di carico d’intensità massima è 8A o superiore, il prodotto può essere collegato in modo sicuro,

se è inferiore si sconsiglia di collegare il prodotto in quanto può causare danni alla presa e al quadro

fusibili del veicolo.

• Assicurarsi sempre che il motore del veicolo sia acceso quando questo prodotto è collegato alla presa

a 12 Volt. A causa dell'elevato carico del prodotto, la batteria si scarica molto velocemente quando

non è ricaricata.

AVVIAMENTO

• Ruotare la manopola del termostato in senso orario sulla posizione MAX. Gli eetti del processo di

refrigerazione (brina sull’evaporatore) sono visibili dopo circa un’ora.

• Il termostato consente di regolare la temperatura del frigo (‘0’ = processo di refrigerazione interrotto).

• Dopo un tempo suciente alla refrigerazione (circa 5 ore), il termostato puo’ essere impostato su una

posizione intermedia. La temperatura prescelta è regolata automaticamente dal termostato.

Spegnimento

• Ruotare la manopola del termostato in senso antiorario sulla posizione “0”.

• Scollegare la spina dalla rete elettrica.

FUNZIONAMENTO CON BATTERIA 12V

• Non utilizzarre fonti di energia diverse contemporanemente (energia elettrica, gas).

• Un fusibile di sicurezza deve essere installato sulla linea principale dell’alimentazione tra la batteria e il

frigo. Per 12 V, la potenza massima del fusibile è di 6,25 A.

• Non è richiesta la verica delle polarità in fase di avviamento.

• Vericare che il voltaggio della batteria corrisponda al voltaggio specicato sull’etichetta

dell’apparecchio.

• Quando si utilizza la batteria dell’auto, accendere il frigo solo quando l’auto è in movimento. Se il frigo

resta acceso anche quando l’auto è ferma, la batteria dell’auto potrebbe scaricarsi e provocare problemi di

accensione.

• Quando l’apparecchio funziona a batteria, la regolazione automatica del termostato non è attiva.

Consigli

Pre-rareddare il frigo collegandolo alla rete elettrica prima di un viaggio.

Accensione

Inserire il connettore in dotazione con il frigo nell’accendisigari dell’auto.

Scollegare l’apparecchio

Disinserire il connettore dall’accendisigari.

• Non utilizzarre fonti di energia diverse contemporanemente (energia elettrica, gas).

• Quando il frigo è alimentato con gas propano liquido non utilizzare su auto e barche. Non utilizzare

mai il frigo in luoghi chiusi quando è alimentato a gas propano liquido.

• L’apparecchio deve essere utilizzato all’aperto quando è alimentato a gas propano liquido.

• È possibile comunque installare il frigo anche in una tenda, purché ben areata, su un terrazzo o un

giardino purchè in piano.

• Non utilizzarre fonti di energia diverse contemporanemente (energia elettrica, gas). L’etichetta sul retro

dell’apparecchio include le pressioni di alimentazione a gas consigliate, espresse in millibar. L’apparecchio

non puo’ funzionare ad una pressione diversa da quella specicata sull’etichetta.

Conservazione delle bombole di gas

Conservare la bombola del gas in un luogo fresco, asciutto e ventilato, al riparo dalla luce solare. Non

esporre mai a temperature superiori ai 50 °C.

COLLEGARE IL FRIGO ALLA BOMBOLA DI GAS GPL 1

ATTENZIONE: non utilizzare amme libere durante questa procedura. Non fumare. Collegare il

COOLBOX nell’ordine seguente: Bombola del gas>regolatore di pressione> apparecchio

• Il tubo di collegamento del gas posto sul retro dell’apparecchio è progettato per funzionare con

un tubo essibile standard per butano e propano NF XPD 36 110. È importante seguire le istruzioni

per il montaggio e i collegamenti per un corretto funzionamento. Evitare di torcere e piegare

eccessivamente il tubo. Le curve del tubo del gas non devono superare 40 mm. di raggio di curvatura.

La lunghezza del tubo non deve superare 1,50 m.

• Per individuare eventuali perdite, utilizzare una soluzione di acqua e sapone. Non utilizzare mai una amma.

• Non utilizzare mai una amma per individuare perdite di gas.

• Non fumare. Pericolo di esplosione e incendio.

• Quando si sostituisce una bombola e/o si scollega un essibile è necessario chiudere la valvola della

bombola.

• Sostituire il tubo se danneggiato o se diventa poroso e comunque sostituirlo prima della scadenza

impressa sul tubo stesso.

GRUPPO VALVOLA DEL GAS

• Il gruppo è costituito da un dispositivo di regolazione con bruciatore pilota (di sicurezza) incorporato

e un bruciatore con accensione elettrica.

• Il dispositivo di regolazione ha tre posizioni diverse.

Przechowywanie butli z gazem

Butle z gazem należy przechowywać w chłodnym, suchym i dobrze wentylowanym pomieszczeniu,

chronić przez promieniowaniem słonecznym i nie wystawiać na działanie temperatur wyższych niż 50 °C.

PODŁĄCZANIE LODÓWKI PRZENOŚNEJ DO BUTLI Z GAZEM PŁYNNYM 1

UWAGA: podczas działania urządzenia należy zachować odstęp od źródeł zapłonu. Nie palić tytoniu.

Podłączyć lodówkę w następującej kolejności: Butla z gazem > regulator ciśnieniowy > urządzenie

• Łącznik rurkowy, znajdujący się w tylnej części urządzenia, jest przeznaczony do standardowego

węża elastycznego do propanu/butanu NF XPD 36 110. Niezmiernie ważne jest przestrzeganie

instrukcji montażu i podłączania urządzenia. Unikać nadmiernego dokręcania oraz zginania. Zagięcia

w przewodzie gazowym powinny mieć średnicę większą niż 40 mm. Długość przewodu nie może

przekraczać 1,50 m.

• Aby sprawdzić, czy nie ma wycieków, należy użyć wody z mydłem – nie używać ognia.

• Sprawdzanie wycieków za pomocą ognia jest zabronione.

• Nie palić tytoniu: niebezpieczeństwo wybuchu i poparzenia.

• Podczas zmiany butli z gazem i/lub odłączania przewodu, obowiązkowo należy zakręcić zawór na

butli z gazem.

• Jeśli przewód jest uszkodzony lub staje się porowaty, należy go wymienić. Podobnie w każdym innym

przypadku przed upływem daty ważności, nadrukowanej z boku.

INSTALLATION AV KYLBOXEN

• Installera kylboxen på en stadig, horisontell yta. För att ställa kylboxen plant kan du använda ett

vattenpass eller en behållare med vatten vid behov.

• Undvik att installera kylboxen i direkt solljus eller nära någon värmekälla.

• Avståndet mellan apparatens baksida och en vägg får inte vara mindre än 10 cm, och det minsta

ventilationsutrymmet på sidorna av kylboxen får aldrig vara mindre än 5 cm.

• Under alla omständigheter måste platsen vara skyddad från regn och vattenstänk.

• För att garantera en god luftcirkulation får inte ventilationsgallren på övre, undre eller bakre sidan av

apparaten övertäckas.

• Genom att följa ovanstående råd säkerställs en eektiv och ekonomisk kylning.

• Innan du använder kylboxen för första gången ska du rengöra insidan och utsidan med varmt vatten

ANVÄNDNING MED ELNÄTET 220  240V

fordons maxbelastning innan du ansluter produkten. Maxbelastningsvärdet hittar du i fordonets

servicehandbok eller på insidan av 12 V-uttaget. Om maxbelastningen är 8 V eller högre kan

produkten tryggt anslutas, men om den är lägre avråder vi dig från att ansluta produkten eftersom

UPPSTART

• Vrid ratten till termostaten medurs till MAX-läget. Eekterna av kylprocessen (frost på förångaren) blir inte

synliga förrän efter ungefär en timme.

• Termostaten gör att temperaturen i kylboxen kan justeras (”0” = kylprocessen är stoppad).

• Efter en tillräckligt lång kylperiod (cirka 5 timmar) kan termostaten ställas in i ett medelhögt läge. Den

valda temperaturen regleras automatiskt via termostaten.

Avstängning

• Vrid ratten till termostaten moturs till ”0”-läget.

• Dra ut kontakten ur vägguttaget.

ANVÄNDNING MED BATTERI 12V

• Använd aldrig någon annan energikälla samtidigt (nätström, gas).

• En säkring måste installeras i strömförsörjningsledningen mellan batteriet och kylboxen. För 12V är den

maximala storleken på säkringen 6,25 A.

fungerar inte vid ett annat tryck än det som anges på etiketten.

Förvaring av gasbehållare

Förvara gasbehållaren i ett svalt, torrt och ventilerat utrymme som är skyddat från solljus och där

temperaturen inte överstiger 50 °C.

ANSLUTNING AV KYLBOXEN TILL BEHÅLLAREN MED GASOL 1

VARNING: Undvik alla antändningskällor under denna procedur. Undvik att röka. Anslut

KYLBOXEN i följande ordning: Gasbehållare > tryckregulator > kylbox

• Anslutningsröret för gasen på baksidan av apparaten är konstruerad för en exibel standardslang

av typen NF XPD 36 110 för butan/propan. Det är mycket viktigt att följa den rätta ordningen och

instruktionerna när apparaten ska anslutas. Undvik att vrida och böja slangen överdrivet mycket. Böjar

på gasslangen måste ha en radie på minst 40 mm. Längden på slangen får inte överstiga 1,50 meter

• Om du vill kontrollera eventuella läckor ska du använda tvålvatten, inte en öppen låga.

• Det är förbjudet att söka efter läckor med en öppen låga.

• Undvik att röka - stor fara för explosioner och brännskador.

• När du ska byta ut gasbehållaren och/eller koppla loss slangen måste du först stänga av ventilen på

gasbehållaren.

• Öppna ventilen på gasbehållaren. Tryck ner justeringsratten och håll den i detta läge samtidigt som

du vrider ratten moturs till MAX.

• Om apparaten inte har tänts under en längre tid, eller om gascylindern har bytts ut, kan det nnas lite

luft i kanalen, så att gasen inte kan antändas. Det är nödvändigt att kontrollera att pilotlågan är tänd

genom att titta genom öppningen på apparatens ovansida. Om apparaten inte tänds kan du prova

igen efter cirka 10 sekunder.

• Om utomhustemperaturen är låg ska du ställa in justeringsanordningen på MIN efter att kylboxen

AVFROSTNING  ÅTGÄRDER SOM BÖR VIDTAS OM APPARATEN INTE SKA ANVÄNDAS UNDER EN

LÄNGRE TID

Kylboxen måste avfrostas regelbundet för att den ska fungera korrekt. För att frosta av kylboxen ska du

koppla ur den och ta ut alla matvaror. Vid behov kan du använda en trasa med varmt vatten. Torka upp

vattnet med en torr och ren trasa efter avfrostningen och rengör insidan. Om kylboxen inte ska användas

under en längre tid ska du koppla ur den och ta ut matvarorna. Rengör och torka insidan noggrant efter

avfrostningen. För att undvika obehaglig lukt kan du lämna locket på kylboxen en aning öppet.

Åtgärder som skall vidtas om den varit oanvänd under en längre tid.

Om apparaten inte blir kall och baksidan blir varm, placera kylväskan upp och ner under en hel natt med

pluggen ur. Efter detta, sätt tillbaka apparaten och vänta i 10 minuter innan du startar kylväskan.

UNDERHÅLL

• Rengör kylboxen regelbundet med varmt vatten och rengöringsmedel vid behov.

• Använd aldrig ett slipande rengöringsmedel. Torka de rena ytorna med en mjuk trasa.

• Använd endast rent vatten när du rengör tätningen till locket, och täck sedan tätningen med talk.

• Alla reparationer, särskilt när det gäller kylaggregatet eller gasbrännarsystemet, måste utföras av en

utbildad tekniker.

SERVICE

Om problem uppstår bör du utföra följande kontroller:

• Är kylboxen installerad i horisontellt läge?

• Är ventilationen tillräcklig?

• Vid användning med nätström: Kontrollera så att sladden är korrekt ansluten. Är termostaten inställd

korrekt?

• Vid användning med batteri: Kontrollera batteriet och anslutningarna.

• Vid användning med gas: Är gasbrännaren tänd?

• Har säkerhetsratten (justeringsratten) till tändningen ställts in på MAX?

• Är ventilen på gasbehållaren och/eller tryckregulatorn öppna?

• Finns det fortfarande tillräckligt med gas i behållaren? Behållaren är tom om det inte hörs något ljud från

någon vätska när behållaren skakas.

• Har två olika energikällor (gas och elektricitet) valts på samma gång?

• Har för mycket matvaror ställts in i kylboxen på en gång? Ställ matvarorna så att luften kan cirkulera

fritt inuti kylboxen.

• Använd inte bitar av kartong eller plast som avskiljare. Förvara vätskebehållare med locket stängt.

• Om du fortfarande, trots ovanstående kontroller, måste kontakta serviceavdelningen, ska du beskriva

felet och ange typen av utrustning samt dess serienummer (dessa anges på etiketten).

GARANTI

• Tristar kan inte hållas ansvariga för skador som orsakats av:

o Att apparaten har fallit ned

o Att apparaten har ändrats tekniskt av ägaren eller tredje person

o Att apparaten har används felaktigt

o Att apparaten har råkat ut för normalt slitage

• Provoz na otevřeném vzduchu znamená, že přístroj může být také instalován pod dostatečně

ventilovanou stínicí plachtou stanu, nebo na terase bytu či v zahradě.

• Štítek v zadní části přístroje uvádí doporučený tlak napájení plynem vyjádřený v jednotkách mbar.

Přístroj nemůže být v provozu při tlaku jiném než je ten, který je specikován na štítku.

Ukládání plynových bomb

Plynovou bombu skladujte na chladném, suchém a dobře ventilovaném prostoru, který je chráněn před

slunečním světlem, a nevystavujte ji teplotám vyšším než 50°C.

POZOR: během této manipulace se vždy vyhněte jakémukoliv zdroji přímého ohně. Nekuřte.

Připojte CHLADÍCÍ BOX následujícím způsobem: Plynová bomba > tlakový regulátor > přístroj

• Trubka plynového připojení vzadu na přístroji je určena pro pružnou standardní hadici NF XPD 36 110

na butan / propan. Při spojování přístroje s doplňky je důležité se řídit pokyny pro montáž a připojení.

Je nutné se vyhnout přílišnému zkroucení a ohnutí hadice. Ohyby plynové hadice musí mít větší rádius

než 40 mm. Délka hadice nesmí překročit 1,50 m.

• Potřebujete-li zjistit úniky plynu, použijte mýdlovou vodu, ne plamen.

• Je zakázáno zjišťovat úniky plynu pomocí plamene.

• Nekuřte: nebezpečí exploze a popálenin.

• Při výměně plynové bomby a/nebo odpojení hadice je povinností zavřít ventil plynové bomby.

• Pokud se hadice poškodí nebo je propustná a vždy, když než překročí dobu své expirace, která je

vytištěná po straně.

• Otevřete ventil plynové bomby. Stiskněte regulovací knoík a podržte ho v této poloze, pak ho otočte

proti směru hodinových ručiček do polohy Max.

• Pokud nebyl přístroj delší dobu zapálen, nebo pokud byla plynová bomba vyměněna, ve vedení se

může nacházet nějaký vzduch, proto může být obtížné zapálit hořák. Je důležité se ujistit, že došlo k

zapálení prostřednictvím pohledu skrze otvor na vrchu přístroje. Pokud hořák není zapálen, zhruba po

10ti sekundách to zkuste znovu.

• Je-li nízká venkovní teplota, nastavte regulovací zařízení na MIN a po dostatečně dlouhé době

zchladnutí do polohy MAX.

Odpojení přístroje fungujícího na plyn opodál od jakéhokoliv zdroje ohně

Vypněte plynovou bombu nebo regulátor tlaku. Otočte knoík do polohy VYP.

Skladování potravin

• Tekutiny, které se ukládají do chladícího boxu by měly být vždy umístěny v zavřených nádobách.

• Cirkulace vzduchu uvnitř přístroje nesmí být omezená.

Nikdy nevkládejte horké jídlo nebo pití do přístroje. Nikdy neskladujte hořlavé tekutiny a/nebo

plyny chladícího boxu. Nebezpečí výbuchu.

ROZMRAZOVÁNÍ  CO UDĚLAT PŘED DELŠÍ DOBOU NEPOUŽÍVÁNÍ PŘÍSTROJE

Chladící box musí být pravidelně odmrazován, aby se zajistila jeho správná funkce. Pro odmrazení

chladícího boxu ho odpojte a vytáhněte z něj ven všechny potraviny. Pokud je to nutné, použijte

utěrku namočenou v horké vodě. Po odmražení vytřete vodu suchou utěrkou a vyčistěte vnitřek. Pokud

nebudete přístroj delší dobu používat, odpojte ho a vytáhněte z něj ven všechny potraviny. Po odmražení

vysušte vodu a vyčistěte vnitřek přístroje. Abyste předešli nepříjemným zápachům, ponechte kryt

chladícího boxu mírně pootevřený.

Co byste měli udělat, když je přístroj delší dobu nepoužíván

Pokud není přístroj studený a jeho zadní část se zahřívá, otočte ho vzhůru nohama a ponechte takto

celou noc s tím, že není zástrčka v zásuvce. Poté ho otočte zpět a vyčkejte 10 minut předtím než ho

uvedete do provozu.

ÚDRŽBA

• Přístroj pravidelně omývejte horkou vodou, která obsahuje čistič, je-li to nutné.

• Nikdy nepoužívejte abrazivní produkty. Vysušte čištěné povrchy suchou utěrkou.

• Pro čištění těsnění použijte pouze horkou vodu a pak těsnění krytu namažte mastkem.

• Veškeré opravy, zejména chladící jednotky nebo systému plynového hořáku, musí být povinně

prováděny kvalikovaným technikem.

SERVIS

Vyskytne-li se problém, zkontrolujte následující:

• Je přístroj instalován v horizontální pozici?

• Je dostatečně ventilován?

• Pro provoz v elektrické síti se ujistěte, že je správné napájení. Je správně nastaven termostat?

• Pro provoz na baterie prověřte baterii a připojení.

• Pro provoz na plyn - je zapálen hořák?

• Byl bezpečnostní (regulační) knoík nastaven na MAX?

• Je ventil plynové bomby a/nebo regulátor tlaku otevřený?

• Je v plynové bombě dostatek plynu? Plynová bomba je prázdná, pokud v ní při zatřesení není slyšet

žádný pohyb tekutiny.

• Nebyly najednou zvoleny dva režimy napájení (plyn a elektrika)?

• Nebylo do chladícího boxu najednou umístěno příliš mnoho potravin? Vložte jídlo takovým

způsobem, abyste umožnili cirkulaci vzduchu uvnitř chladícího boxu.

• Pro rozmístění potravin nepoužívejte kusy kartónu nebo umělé hmoty. Nádoby, v nichž jsou tekutiny,

mějte uzavřené.

Pokud o přes výše uvedené kontroly stále potřebujete kontaktovat servisní oddělení, popište vady

a uveďte druh zařízení a jeho sériové číslo (jsou uvedeny na štítku).

ZÁRUKA

• Společnost Tristar nezodpovídá za závady kvůli:

o Upadnutí přístroje na ze.

o Technické změně přístroje majitele či jinou třetí stranou

o Nesprávnému použití přístroje

o Běžného opotřebení přístroje

• Provedením oprav se původní 24 měsíční záruka neprodlouží, stejně tak jako nedojde ke zcela nové

záruce. Tato záruka je platná pouze v Evropě a nemá převahu nad evropskou směrnicí 1944/44CE.

• Vždy si uschovejte doklad o zaplacení, bez něj není možné záruku uplatnit.

• Poškození zapříčiněná tím, že jste nejednali podle návodu, povedou k neuznání záruky, protože za

tato poškození není společnost Tristar zodpovědná.

• Společnost Tristar není zodpovědná za materiální škody nebo zranění osob zapříčiněné nesprávným

používáním nebo tím, že osoby nerespektují návod k použití.

• Jak je uvedeno v tomto návodu, jediná nutná údržba přístroje, je jeho čištění.

• Když má být přístroj opraven, zajistěte jeho opravu autorizovaným servisem.

• Tento přístroj by neměl být vylepšován nebo změněn.

• Pokud se v průběhu dvou let od nákupu projeví nějaké závady, které jsou kryty zárukou, můžete si u

prodejce vyžádat výměnu přístroje za nový.

• Pro otázky či stížnosti, prosím, kontaktujte svého prodejce

• Přístroj má záruku v délce 24 měsíců ode dne zakoupení (viz doklad).

• V této záruce jsou kryty pouze vady materiálu nebo výrobní závady.

• Chcete-li uplatnit záruku, přineste celý přístroj i sobalem a dokladem o zaplacení prodejci.

• Poškození příslušenství neznamená automaticky bezplatnou výměnu celého přístroje. V těchto

případech prosím kontaktujte naši horkou linku. Rozbité sklo či rozlomené plastové části vždy

podléhají poplatku.

• Na vady na spotřebním materiálu či součástech podléhajících opotřebení, stejně jako na čištění,

údržbu či výměnu uvedených částí se záruka nevztahuje a je tedy nutno je zaplatit!

• V případě neoprávněné manipulace s výrobkem záruka zaniká.

• Po vypršení záruky mohou být opravy prováděny oprávněným prodejcem či opravnou za úhradu

vzniklých nákladů.

INSTALACE PŘÍSTROJE

• Tento výrobek je vybaven 12voltovou zástrčkou pro použití v automobilu, určitě zkontrolujte max.

Kvůli vysokému zatížení výrobkem bude vaše baterie vybita velmi rychle, pokud nebude dobíjena.

ZAPNUTÍ PŘÍSTROJE

• Otočte knoíkem termostatu ve směru hodinových ručiček do polohy MAX. Efektivita ochlazovacího

procesu (zmrazky na odpařovači) bude pozorovatelná během jedné hodiny.

• Termostat umožňuje nastavit teplotu chladícího boxu (“0”= proces ochlazování se zastavil).

• Po dostatečně dlouhé době ochlazování (cca 5 hodin), lze termostat nastavit do střední polohy.

Vybraná teplota je automaticky termostatem regulována.

Vypnutí přístroje

• Otočte knoíkem termostatu proti směru hodinových ručiček do polohy “0”.

• Vytáhněte elektrickou zástrčku ze zásuvky.

PROVOZ NA BATERII 12V

• Nikdy nepoužívejte více zdrojů energie najednou (elektriku, plyn).

• Mezi baterií a chladícím boxem musí být instalována bezpečnostní pojistka. Pro napětí 12V je

maximální jmenovitá hodnota 6,25 A.

• Není nutné zjišťovat polaritu, když zapínáte přístroj.

• Ujistěte se, že napětí baterie odpovídá napětí uvedenému na chladícím boxu, jak je vyznačeno na

jeho štítku.

• Používáte-li autobaterii, pouze zapněte chladící box tehdy, když je vůz v provozu. Pokud je chladící

box ponechán zapnutý, když automobil zastavil, může to vybít autobaterii a pak může dojít k tomu, že

nelze nastartovat motor vozu.

• Když přístroj běží na baterii, nefunguje regulace teploty pomocí termostatu.
