How to Operate Your Hairsetter
1. Place setter on a firm, flat surface. With
the cover closed, plug cord into outlet.
This appliance has a polarized plug (one
blade is wider than the other). As a safety
feature, this plug will fit in a polarized
outlet only one way. If the plug does not
fit fully in the outlet, reverse the plug.
If it still does not fit, contact a qualified
electrician. Do not attempt to defeat this
safety feature.
Dual Voltage
This hair setter will automatically adjust
to the proper voltage. Use an adapter
plug with correct configuration prior to
use in outlet.
2. Once plugged in, the rollers will heat up in
minutes. The fastest, most efficient heat-
up is provided when the cover is closed.
Once the rollers are hot, you can begin
styling your hair (please refer to How
to Curl and Style Your Hair for further
instruction).
3. When using the setter, your hair should
be clean and dry (or slightly damp),
never wet.
4. Never leave your setter plugged in and
unattended. Always unplug the setter
when not in use. Allow the setter to cool
down after use. Store unit in safe place.

How to Curl and Style Your Hair
1. Section hair into 2-inch pieces to ensure
the best curl. Place ends of hair in teeth of
starter strip and wind toward scalp. Roll
hair firmly and secure roller with a clip by
crossing clip over roller.
2. The firmness of the curl is determined by
several factors: heat-up time, diameter of
roller, and length of time roller is left in the
hair. For longer-lasting curls, the rollers should
be allowed to heat up longer and be left in
the hair for a longer period of time before
removing.
3. To remove rollers, hold roller in one hand
and remove clip with the other hand. Gently
drop roller (DO NOT PULL), and let curl bounce
back once roller has
been removed from
hair. Let curls cool in
place for one minute
for a good set, then
style your hair as
desired.

Cómo marcar el cabello
1 Divida el cabello en secciones de 2 in (5 cm)
para conseguir los mejores rizos. Coloque las
puntas en los dientes de la tira de enrollado,
y enrolle el rulo hacia el cuero cabelludo.
Enrolle firmemente el cabello, y luego sujete
el rulo con un clip puesto alrededor del
mismo.
2. La textura de los rizos dependerá del
diámetro de los rulos, de su temperatura y

Para conseguir rizos más duraderos, permita
que los rulos se calienten por más tiempo y
déjelos en el cabello por más tiempo.
4. Para quitar los rulos, sostenga el rulo con
una mano y retire el clip con la otra. Deslice
suavemente el rulo (NO LO JALE) y permita
que el cabello rebote
libremente. Permita
que el cabello se
enfríe por un minuto
antes de peinarlo
para “fijar” los rizos.

1. Ponga el aparato sobre una superficie plana y
segura. Cierre la tapa y enchufe el cable en una
toma de corriente. El cable de este aparato cuenta
con un enchufe polarizado (una pata es más
ancha que la otra). Como medida de seguridad,
se podrá enchufar de una sola manera en la
toma de corriente polarizada. Si no entra en la
toma de corriente, inviértalo. Si aun así no entra
completamente, comuníquese con un electricista.
No intente modificar esta función de seguridad.
Doble voltaje
Este aparato es de doble voltaje; se adaptará
automáticamente al voltaje adecuado. Nota:
Puede que sea necesario usar un adaptador de
viaje (no incluido).
2. Una vez enchufado el aparato, los rulos se
calentarán en tan solo minutos. Nota: Mantener
la tapa cerrada proporcionará un calentamiento
más rápido y efectivo. Empiece a marcar el
cabello cuando los rulos estén calientes (véase la
sección “Cómo marcar el cabello”).
3. El cabello debe estar limpio y seco, o ligeramente
